We ordered a Window Wall to replace our french doors. The process with Derek and the entire installation went smoothly. The only minor issue was the grab handle wasn't installed for the exterior but it was corrected right away within 48 hours. Magic Window has an excellent process in place from start to finish. We would definitely order from them again.

We were looking for a window that had it all and this one did. Well built with thoughtful features such as screens and shades. It is a little pricey but these things can be worth it.

I installed Magic windows and patio doors . Windows have sunscreen which works perfectly in sunny days, keeps cooler inside the home. There also is blinds to make the room very dark , good for sleeping after night shift . Instalation crew did very good job . All together works very good . Highly recommended .

Our new windows now take up the entire back of our family room and wrap around the corner. This opens up the entire view to the back yard now. Wow, what a view :) Looking forward to some warm weather now so we can open them right up and let the fresh air in!

We love our magic windows! They have enriched our lives as we have doubled the light in our home. The service was impeccable as all of our concerns/needs were addressed to complete satisfaction. This was our second round of renos using Magic Windows and we look forward to replacing the rest of our windows during the next stage of home renos. Todd McNamara

Magic Windows installed 5 new windows for me earlier this year. Four of the windows are 25 feet above ground so no more getting up on a ladder to clean them. I chose the awning style which flip out to clean entirely from the inside I highly recommend getting the retractable screens option My windows look out to a beautiful view so now there is nothing obscuring that view The install process was quick and efficient All employees were very polite and professional and left absolutely no mess whatsoever They are warranted for 40 years so how can you go wrong? Changed many windows over several years. Always good installation and the same staff employed for sales and support and installation. Had an issue with an awning window opening too quickly and too far, and service fixed the issue expediently. Love the hidden screens and no cranks.

Magic Windows was exactly what I was looking for. The showroom displayed a variety of configurations and the salesperson made great suggestions during the in home visit. The work was done in a timely and clean manner. At this point in time, I have replaced all our windows, including enclosing our porch. We are very pleased with Magic Windows and we have recommended them to our friends.

Back in 2018, Magic Windows installed a large patio door for us. This project involved a cutout in the wall to be able to accommodate a larger sliding door. Magic Window's team came to our house and in about 4 hours, the cutout and the new window installation was completed. They were very efficient. However, the reason why I'm writing this review is because now in 2021 we contacted Magic Windows because we needed to use the blinds from the sliding door (we just used them two times since installation) and it was a little hard to open the blinds. We called Magic Windows and his service person (very pleasant man) came to our house, fixed the blinds, and explained clearly the best way to use them. We are very pleased with the after sales service too!
