Our existing sliding doors of our Family Room and Master Bedroom after 30 years needed replacement, and our kitchen window also showed signs of deterioration. We had used Magic Window Innovations products to replace some windows previously, and our natural choice was to get our latest replacements from Magic Window Innovations. The Magic Window representative visited our home, provided a cost, and we placed our order. Following this visit, Magic Window installers visited our home, and made careful measurements for the new replacement window and sliding doors. After manufacture, we agreed on an installation date, and the MWI Installation Team completed the installation; carefully done, and cleanup was 100%. Our MWI Sales Representative made a follow-up visit to make sure everything was OK. A good experience with Magic Windows Innovations ... !!!

I had French doors with side windows replaced with a custom order patio door/window and I love it. Since it was a special order it took some approval time, so they could test to ensure product design was safe. My sales rep kept me in the loop with any changes. The wait was worth it. The installers were polite and professional. My kitchen is so my brighter now. I would definitely use Magic windows in the future.

Love my new Magic Window. Joshua was very helpful and knowledgeable in explaining all the features and manufacturing process. The installers were friendly and did a great job. I love how the retractable screens allow so much more light in. The window is very energy efficient and I can’t feel any cold air coming in, compared to my old window. I would definitely recommend Magic Window.

The built in screens and blinds are awesome! The windows are also way more secure than our old windows. No more jamming a piece of wood in the frame to secure them. Very happy.

I listen to news talks 1010 every single ingle day and i heard advertisements for a company with these amazing windows. I didn't think much of it at first until i purchased my home in Newcastle and started some home renovations. Stared with the usual backyard, front of the house and then the basement. It wasn't until i the casement window crank broke off from one of the windows and i went to the hardware store to replace that i knew there was an issue. I could not find it anywhere no matter where i looked. So i started to look more closely at the windows and all the heat/cool air that escaped. Driving into work again i heard the advertisement again on the radio so i decided to give Magic Windows a call. The next Saturday Derek came to my home to listen to what i wanted. There was no buy now sales pitch, just education on the different types of windows and how the current windows are built in modern homes. Basically builders do the bare minimum to meet code. Did i mention the demo? Well Derek walked with a few demo windows of current design in homes and he brought the Magic Window demos. Night and day comparison here folks. The ease of use and bye bye casement window crank. The built in blinds and mesh is part of the reason i decided to buy. They kept me updated during the manufacturing phases by email and Derek phoned several time as well. The install team was prompt and professional and clean. They lined my floors so as not to get anything dirty and followed strict covid-19 protocols. They answered all my questions about the materials they were using and how it would benefit our heating /cooling bills year round. In no time the old windows were removed and the new magic windows were in. They are really magic. I look at this as a long term investment since we have no intentions of moving so the cost is nothing when you look at it from that standpoint. Long term peace of mind instead of a low budget window option. And no more cranks. The rooms and bedroom now allow more light and a clear view since the screen retracts. I highly recommend this team

Magic Windows provided and installed windows for my tiny house project. I choose their windows because they were the most innovative that I could find and so far I am happy with my purchase. The unique features of these windows offer function and looks that most other window companies can't offer.

Magic Windows are the only window company as far as I am concerned. Joshua in sales walked me through the whole process from start to finish. He followed up with phone calls and showed up on the day of the installation to make sure everything was good. Mikki their installer was top notch from start to finish. These guys are a definite asset to their company.

I love that the screens are hidden in the side when the windows are closed and can be easily pulled over when I want to open them. I couldn't be happier and would highly recommend this company.
