We found Magic Windows last year in CNE. It took them about 6+ months to install. Team came to measure, gave frequent updates as to where the installation process was at and when the installation will happen. Installation team came and were very good in installing the windows, they covered the floors, cleaned up after and very professional. Had couple of hiccups with the blinds - room darkening ones - they sent the technician over and fixed it and even came to help teach how to operate the blinds and windows second time around. Will definitely recommend them

Our purchase was for a patio sliding door. Experience with Magic was terrific! The sales person was great at explaining the product, about the innovative technology, and was realistic and forthcoming with the delays in production. Finally, after getting the installation, the crew that did the install was polite, on-time, punctual, and precise with install cleanliness, insulation around the door and putting the casing back up around the door. They did a fantastic job and left everything nice and clean when they left.

Replaced 8 large windows which were probably from the 1970s. What a difference! Beautiful clean window boxes and sills. The way the windows open, and how the screen retracts is so novel, it's like magic (of course)! The windows look so clear and expansive. Our home is now noticeably quieter and draftless. We were very happy with the sales person and the installers, in fact it was a joy to have them over, to the point my wife was making coffee and muffins for the team! Our windows required more work than the usual and it took a few days. So worth it. One of the windows required tweaking, and a technician came a couple of days later to make adjustments. Communication with the company, whether it was the sales department, installation, or follow up inspection was a pleasure.

We called Magic out to repair the broken lock on our patio doors about 1.5 years after the original install. The team was very prompt and efficient, and replaced the lock free of charge, and even adjusted the spring tension on the rollup screen door. Everything was done quickly and efficiently, no-questions-asked. Excellent service from this company!

We replaced some of our windows with Magic again this year. The installer (Mike and Team) took their time and taking no shortcut to make the installation absolutely perfect. We are some trim very close to the kitchen cabinetry and the installer provide us some good advice to make it perfect. (see photos below). Thank you Magic and Team. You did it again. 5 Stars and Highly Recommended.
