    Window replacement

    Rick the sales person was extremely professional. We never felt pressured by him like other window sales people have. The install was seamless and the windows look great. The install crew was excellent. We will definitely have more window replaced by Magic Windows

    Kitchen, Dining room and Living room windows replaced with Magic windows.

    Love my Magic windows, sales consultation was great, installation was very professional, great features such as no crank windows hidden screens and solar screens and ease of window operation. Great company I would refer this company to anyone.

    Window Replacements

    Our home needed new windows so we contacted Magic Window after viewing their ad on Social media. The company sent out a representative promptly and worked within our budget offering great suggestions and ideas for our project. They were very friendly and professional. They ordered the materials and we got our windows just as they promised within the timelines they put forth. The windows are absolutely beautiful and the retractable screens are such a unique feature. Thank you Magic Windows!

    Window Replacement

    I am so happy that after getting quotes from 4 suppliers, I had to conclude Magic Windows from 1st contact , visit to the show room, installing and aftercare was a wise choice. The salesman Maxwell spend time demonstrating, explaining and improved my product knowledge so I could make an informed choice. He spent over 4 hours measuring and taking my questions compared with the 3 other suppliers who had a one size fit all approach. In one hour, they were done. My magic shades and bug screen is phenomenal. I love it !! My rooms are well lit, warmer and easier to sleep in late with my “light out” blinds. So adaptable! The price of Magic Windows is more than the competition but I am happy I chose them. The finesse in the product is exceptional compared with other plants I visited and the installer, Neema, took extra care in protecting the floor as they moved in and out. They were very courteous and respectful. I had a problem the day after technician left and my husband put a call in without hesitation or whose fault a technician drive 30k the next business day to my residence and solved the problem. I definitely recommend this company as a great company!

    Magic Windows Purchase and Installation

    Contacted Magic Windows via their website and had an almost immediate response. They were quick and accommodating in booking a consultant to come to the house and talk to us about the windows. The consultant was very knowledgeable and was able to provide us with the best option for our window replacement. The sales process was quick and easy with financing options. We were given accurate time frames for the entire process. The installers were both competent and courteous. We love the windows! I didn't realize how much noise, how drafty and how little light came through the old windows until we replaced them with the Magic Windows. Now it's bright, quiet, and warm in all the rooms with the new windows. Will definitely buy these windows again.

    Window restoration project

    100% NOT RECOMMENDED! MWI installed 14 windows and 1 sliding door in our home. Shortly after installation, we developed a major water leak due to 1 defective product - the window above our patio door. The leak caused major water damage throughout our main floor (wall, floor, door). After contacting MW to correct this issue, which was within 2 months of installation and well within the warranty period, we were immediately made to feel that the issue was not with the window but other possible contributors which began an over one year battle with MWI. The owner Sol was extremely rude and defensive, to the point that he yelled at my wife and myself over several different phone conversations! We marched on, continued to work through all possibilities eliminating all factors (as recommended by MWI). 1+ years later, after reaching the point of no longer dealing with MWI, our contractor found the issue; a defective seal on the window which enabled water to leak into our house. We notified the company of the situation and solution but to no surprise they tried to begin a defensive correspondence, which we did not entertain. We’ve turned the page on this chapter with the resolve of knowing that we will let people know of our own experience and having potential customers make their own decision with at least knowing what we went through. Nov.26 Update: We just received a “Cease and Desist / Notice of Libel” from representatives of MWI to take down our review by Dec.3 or civil proceedings will commence (photo attached)! Is this ethical for simply stating our opinion in a review?

    Hi Aldwyn, We appreciate you exercising your right as a consumer to write this review. However, it’s important that you (and others reading this) understand we never took your concerns lightly.  We believed we investigated every possibility to rectify the situation with numerous technicians, installers, and engineers visiting your home. At one point we removed a window and re-installed it looking for any avenue that may cause water to penetrate into the building envelope (even though it did not look like the issues arose from that particular window). We take concerns like yours very seriously, which is why we even hired an independent company to investigate each window to look for water damage (they also could not find any issues) . It’s important to mention, you had water issues before you ordered windows from us. All industry professionals with sent to your home indicated that the issues you’re experiencing are caused by previous water issues in combination with the construction material of your house being stucco. Water may find a different path from from the point of entry with no link to a leaking window. More than a year after you paused communication with us, you’ve notified our team (through this review) that you are able to find where the leak has occurred. At no time over the last 12+ months have you reached out to us so that we might rectify the issue. Even a year later, and without knowing exactly what you are referring to, we are more than willing to ensure you are completely satisfied with your windows and that any damages that may have potentially occurred from our window installation will be compensated.  We would appreciate that before a review like this is posted you contact our team so that we can help rectify the situation because we stand behind our products for 40 years.  Thanks, The Magic Window Innovations Team

    Window installation

    We were drawn to Magic Windows because of the company profile and we made a wise decision. From the initial quote to the final installation, the staff was competent, efficient, punctual and pleasant. They even left us with a gift bag. Look no further, this company is excellent. Marlene

    Patio Door replacement/enlargement with WindowWall

    I recently had the pleasure of meeting with Michele from MagicWindows to have our patio doors replaced with their WindowWall system. We are quite happy with the WindowWall system itself and the installation from MagicWindows which included enlarging the existing opening for bigger doors. I couldn't give them 5 stars due to the delays we experienced in production and installation, but they are busy when everyone is doing home renovations during this Pandemic. I especially like the fact that they manufacture their own system locally and the installation is done by their team. Once installed, they sent a technician for some fine tuning adjustments immediately afterwards which is greatly appreciated. I would highly recommend them especially if you were looking for a larger patio opening than standard that will give you a full sized unobstructed finished opening with an integrated bug screen.

    Backyard Doors

    We were very pleased with the quality of the product, service follow-up and attention to detail. Despite poor weather on the date of installation, the project was completed on time and the work area was cleaned upon completion. We love our new doors!

    Beautiful new windows

    My old front windows let in a lot of street noise. My new windows are beautiful allowing in a lot of natural light while blocking out street noise which is huge when you live on a busy street. Love the way the windows open, are easy to clean the outside of the windows from inside the house and the retractable screen is a HUGE bonus. I can retract the screen to have a clear, unobstructed view and use the screen when I want to open the window. Great mechanics on these windows and no crank which can lead to mechanical failure over the years.
