Magic Windows provides excellent service, attention to detail and were priced so competitively. The installers we’re polite, thorough and extremely diligent.Would absolutely use them again and recommend them to anyone!

We wanted to replace our back patio doors and decided to go with a window-wall. Magic Windows' initial assessment and follow-up gave us the confidence that they were the right choice and they were! On our scheduled install day, I received a call from the President of Magic Windows (yes it was him, Sol) to let us know that unfortunately they would have to delay our installation by a day as there was a quality issue with the frame. Most other places would have ignored the issue and just installed the defective window and give an excuse after it's too late and the old door was already taken out. These guys were top-notch, honest and up-front about it. You couldn't ask for a better client experience. When we got the install done the next day, it was done quickly and professionally. When we went through the final install demo, they noticed one blind wasn't opening as smoothly as they liked, so took the time to disassemble everything, make an adjustment and reassemble it. Again, most installers would have just ignored the issue but this team took the extra half-hour to make it 100% right, even though they were working on what was normally their day off. I would highly recommend Magic Windows.

It’s one of the last warm weeks of the fall and we are enjoying our amazing new windows. After doing extensive research we had decided to purchase our windows from Magic Windows Innovations and we could not be more happy. They are as beautiful as we hoped for, we are enjoying the advanced technology of the windows and of the retractable screens, both bug and solar. We were able to, with the help from an amazing inside sales and technical team, to add privacy screens to some of the windows after they were installed. The installation was done expertly by a genuinely nice and knowledgeable young man – thank you Miki, the company is , we are sure, lucky and proud to have you! Now for the showroom – we would recommend highly to visit the factory showroom after – or before – purchase. We did, having experienced little hiccups and misunderstanding, all clarified very professionally and kindly, first by Heidi, a gem, I must say, then Yuli, Myrna from service and lastly Lior who helped us with the privacy shades. There’s a reason they are called Magic Windows. They are truly magical. From the first visit to the final installation, magic windows innovations were there every step of the way. These are high performance windows that will exceed your expectations. Just the other day I experienced condensation on the outside of the window which I thought was strange since that means the outside window surface is cold enough to make a condensing surface. I did a google search and sure enough The Bob Villa website talked about this being an example of an extremely efficient window since there is little heat being transferred through the glass pane. This only occurs during unique atmospheric conditions when the dew point is high but the point is there was very little heat transfer through the glass and that’s what you want. We are very happy with the solar blinds, the retractable screens and the clear views through all the windows. Nicely done folks.

We had our new windows installed on October 6th by Magic Windows. First, the associate, Derek, took the time to review the windows with us and was very patient answering all our questions. Secondly, the installers arrived promptly at the scheduled time. They were very polite and professional. I was a bit anxious about the clean up afterwards, but this was for naught as the installers cleaned up everything. I would definitely recommend Magic Windows to anyone who is looking to have new windows installed.

We were in the market for replacement windows and wanted to prioritize Canadian made. Met with Michele at Magic Windows and we were happy to hear that the windows are made locally. The construction of the windows was also a major selling point as they are aluminium framed. We didn’t wait very long for the installation which in our opinion was very professionally done by two of the company’s installers. The final look was amazing and the workmanship is high quality. They cleaned up the debris caused by the replacement and finished cladding and caulking all gaps to a high standard. I would highly recommend Michele and her team at Magic Windows to anyone in the market for high quality window replacement.

For 3 windows: The Magic windows sale rep. certainly is well informed, on all details, including its made in Canada facts while using the USA’s higher standards. The installation was really quick, polite, safe and thorough. Our windows work well with terrific vision, screens rolled away for the long winter and looking forward to getting great value from the Sun screens in the hot summer. We were glad to say good bye to cranks and non sealing windows.

We have had our windows replaced with Magic Windows. Our home is not a standard home so working with a company who is flexible and capable was important to us. We are extremely pleased with our windows and the process from sales to installation. We would recommend Magic Windows to anyone!

Had two garden doors with a section of wall between them. With the view available to us, decided to open up the 20 feet with one set of sliding patio doors. On time, neat, friendly and professional Company. Will definitely consider using them in future.
