Late this summer we contacted Magic Window and Alex, our sales consultant, did a fantastic job at showcasing their patio doors and the modular add-ons (screen and thermal blinds). We asked for a mid-late September installation and as scheduled the installation process was quick and efficient. Love how smooth the opening and closing of the door is. As well we are very happy with the screen and the solar blinds. I had some scratches on both my screen and thermal blind frames and It’s taking too much time to resolve the issue. I’m now waiting again for both frames to be returned and scratches be properly covered. Today (3weeks + after initial install) both my screen and thermal blind frames were installed and problem was resolved to my satisfaction.

Back in August 2020 attended Magic Window Innovations showroom and was impressed with their windows on display. A sales representative attended our home a week later and we purchased 9 windows. A week later the installers attended out home for measurements and on October 2nd the windows and installers attended our home for installation. On time when promised and all finished the same day. The dbris cleaned up and the 2 installers Zoran and Milan deserve mention as they were true professionals. Windows totally changed the look of our house from outside and inside especially as it is like looking into a painting when you look out the windows. They work great, lots of clear glass to look through, no more screens in your way and are what was advertised. We think they are the best windows we came across while looking at many other manufacturers. Job well done Magic Window, happy as can be, especially with Winter approaching as it is like night and day when comparing the Magic Windows to our old worn out ones. Many thanks.

The choice of Magic Windows to replace all the old windows on the second floor came down to the innovative design with no winding mechanism which could corrode. We were updated as to the progress of the order and come the day for the installation to begin the crew arrived promptly at 0800, we had already been given instructions regarding the precautions to be taken due to the pandemic after a brief introduction the crew began. Due to bad weather the job carried over to the second day, the final window to install was a very large picture window with a large casement window at each end. This window was not only large but extremely heavy and took the instal crew plus the delivery driver maximum effort to get this window off the truck into the house up a flight of stairs and into its location. The final installation of the aluminum flashing just sets these windows off, and from the inside the picture window gives such a clear unobstructed view of the back garden its almost breathtaking. Many thanks to the crew who performed a feat of magic not only getting this this monster installed but set a high standard of work. It was a pleasure watching the professionalism and teamwork resulting in a job well done.

We needed new patio doors and decided to contact Magi Windows. The service we received from their company was wonderful. They were on time and professional. The new patio doors look absolutely fantastic!! They have transformed our family room. The amount of natural light that comes into that room has increased significantly now that there are no more screens blocking the doors! I would definitely use Magic Windows again!

We were pleased from the consultation to the installation process. The company accommodated the installation date as we had to travel. The installers were on schedule and followed Covid protocols. After the work was completed we were instructed on how to operate the windows, screens and blinds. We are impressed with how expansive the windows are and how wide they open to allow air flow. We are very pleased how they open to allow cleaning inside and out without having to go outdoors. We shall use this brand to replace our other windows as needed!

Pros -The Window and Door have lived up to expectation in terms of quality to date. The real test will come over time, but so far they appear solid -The Patio Door slides smoothly as advertised -Although not thoroughly tested the window and door appear to be quite soundproof -The Retractable Blind is a a very unique design and does not take away any space from the picture window. It allows loads of light through the window in a simple fashion -Some small issues I had after installation were dealt with promptly and professionally. Cons -There were some hassles during the project that we would have hoped to avoid -The installers came and measured twice after getting the wrong work order the first time -We ordered blinds for the patio door but it was determined at a late stage that this was not possible -Although my project manager was always responsive, at times they did not answer directly questions in my emails -Some of the buttons on the blinds and screen door could be better quality -Was hoping the blinds on the window would have a tighter fitting look but am told that is due to the heavy material of thermal blinds, and large size of the window. Only visible when looking closely from the interior. Overall I'm pleased with the project and would use Magic Window again due to the quality and unique design of their products. I was hoping for a smoother process, and maybe a little higher quality finish in regards to the buttons on the screens and blinds, considering the cost.

We had 8 Magic windows installed, including 2 very large ones, 2 weeks ago. These were complete replacements, brick to brick..not 'press ins'! The units look and work great. They were finished inside with solid wood, no particleboard, and outside with both wood and aluminum casing. The job was done quickly and the old windows etc. were cleaned up well. The men who did the work were courteous and respected covid protocals. Great work.

Let me start by saying that windows themselves are 'OK' - not great, but ok... Some minor bubbles in the glass, some minor scratches here and there - but, well, 'OK'. One problem with hinge design is that window cannot be locked at 'a little but opened' position. Window doesn't move by itself if it opened a lot. But if you want just a small crack then window moves freely and can be shut by a draft. The 'built in blinds' feature is nice, although it has it's problems: 1) One thing is that blind mechanism is quite noisy. 2) Closed blinds allow very little air into the room - so its either fresh air, or privacy/darkness... not both. 3) It looks like those blinds were touched by dirty hands before the installation so there are a few dirty spots. And on top of that it is unclear how to clean them. But my main concern and reason for the very bad review is the fact that these windows are not designed to be installed in the shower but company was too happy to sell and install one for me. So I have a shower with a window in it - a place where water gets all the time. The problem with 'magic window' window design is that they have this groove for the blinds - and this groove is always present when window is installed - and it's a deep (line an inch) groove in the plastic frame. The problem with this is that water and soap get into this groove and at best stays there for mold and mildew to grow. The worse part is that groove itself is not water-tight and that water actually leaks into the house frame - making it rot. The good thing is that I caught it in time when I was replacing tile in the shower - and I had to fill the whole track with silicone - looks horrible but should keep mold at bay for some time. But overall one expects more professional sales service that doesn't risk having structural damage to the hose after windows are installed.

When we bought our house we knew replacing our front window would be required. We didn’t hesitate to contact Magic Windows based on the excellent recommendations we’d received, and because we wanted a quality product. We met with Corey from ‘MW’ and he explained everything to us, patiently taking the time needed to go over details and options - that we needed as we were new to the whole process. We chose a bay window, and the instillation was done quickly and without any issues. We are so pleased with our new bay window, and the service that Magic Window provided. We also have great peace of mind knowing that we have a 40 year warranty on our window and can even transfer that warranty if we move. We would highly recommend their service.

Dealing with Magic windows was a pleasure: from the sales process with Corey through to the installation with the outstanding installers Milan and Zoran. We are delighted with the windows which were completed last week. A few minor technical adjustments that I trust will be completed in the next two weeks after we finish the stucco. The integrated sun/privacy screens are brilliant and we look forward to many years of enjoyment.
