We had a really great experience with Magic Windows, right from the beginning with the consultation, through to the end of the installation. We met with Alex for the consultation, who was extremely friendly, professional and provided a lot of information and honest advice for us to be able to make the right decision. The installers were also very efficient and were able to get everything completed much earlier than anticipated. We would highly recommend Magic Windows for anyone who is considering a window replacement. Not only is their service great, their windows are unlike other competitors out there.

The showroom tour was excellent, offering an overview of a variety of styles. The home consultation was very efficient and answered all my questions. I truly appreciated receiving feedback on which styles might or might not work with our home's exterior/interior based on Rick's experience with other homes. The installation was very quick, completed before the estimated deadline and all windows and blinds work smoothly. Highly satisfied with the entire project from start to finish and am enjoying our new look. Recommend this company highly.

Alex at Magic was extremely helpful and patiently answered all of questions. We replaced all of the original builders windows on the main floor and bedrooms. The blackout blinds in the bedroom are amazing. Alex helped us figure out different sized windows so we now have larger windows and more windows that open. Only having to pull out the screens when we have the windows open is a huge bonus, plus no need to have to wash the screens too. We had a small issue with one issue but techs were sent out and the issue was resolved quickly and to our satisfaction. Highly recommend

We had a great experience with Magic Windows. We decided to do a bay window and a front window which was a large job. It turned out beautifully, and I love the crankless technology. They also custom fit my existing window coverings - something other window contractors said they couldn't guarantee placing back as these were also custom. I love my windows, love my new view, and appreciated the care and service from Magic Windows! Looking forward to doing my windows upstairs next.

We saw the Magic Window products at my parent's townhouse 10 years ago and really liked the design. Our casement windows were crank windows that were wearing down and their windows looked so much sturdier and simpler. We also like the retractable screens which made the natural light brighter indoors. Although we did receive a quote from them at the time, we held off because other expenses came up for the house. We were finally ready to have half our windows replaced this year but with the pandemic, we didn't want to have people in the house unless absolutely necessary. I emailed the company and Lior kindly sent us an update on our 10 year old quote and window measurements. We arranged a video call and he was great to work with. He was very quick and efficient with his replies and we liked the fact that he was straightforward with us. The installation was done as scheduled for our 12 windows and Lior came by after make sure we were happy with everything. We will definitely be calling them when we're ready to do our main floor windows! We love their great product and customer service.

Sales individual Graham extremely knowledgeable and spend time with us going over all the features. Installers were polite and efficient even cleaning up. I would certainly want to purchase Magic Windows again when the situation arises.

Had two main floor windows and window wall installed. Love the new windows with convenience of built in screen and shade. Great quality. Very clean design and low maintenance. Vysan and Miki were great, very professional and responsive.

I am so happy with my decision to go with Magic Windows. The product is amazing, installation was done quickly and after service was great. The large offset casement windows are fabulous and really enhance our view from upstairs. The blackout blinds in the bedrooms are amazing. The sliding door is secure and easy to operate with a keyed entry. I love the retractable screens. When I replace the rest of my windows I will definitely be using Magic Window again.

The entire process from the initial sales call, through the second sales call for further descriptions and clarifications of the full range of services included in the contract to the on-time delivery and finally the fully professional and friendly installation of the windows by the experienced and hard working installer and his able assistant was smooth and efficient. At this point it is too early in the fall to determine if the hoped for and promised energy savings will materialize however in the meantime we love our new Magic Windows.

Great job from start to finish. Great sales presentation. Installation was quick, and mess free. Took away all trash, house left with a wonderful new bay window. Windows work exactly as advertised, love the retractable screen feature.
