We enclosed an open patio with 2 walls of magic Windows . We enjoy this room all year now since we out in the magic windows and installed a fireplace. The product is of excellent quality and was well worth the money. We are extremely impressed with the customer service . With any product, Repairs of some sort are necessary over time . The service department is efficient, and professional and the repair men are extremely skilled. Highly recommend Magic windows .

Very happy with our decision to have 5 large windows at the front of the house replaced by Magic Window innovations. No sales pressure from their representative Derek , who went over their products in a detailed professional manner, also happy with the installation crew who worked very hard, and did a great job, as well as cleaning up before they left. We had one minor issue which was taken care of very quickly. So happy with our decision to have our windows replaced by Magic Window Innovation.

We purchased 11 replacement windows (including some special windows) and a new patio door. We paid a bit extra for a tan colour on the exteriors. The Magic Windows price was right in the middle of five contractors I contacted. But the product was unique: steel construction, crankless operation, retractable screens, etc. Installation took two days and went smoothly. (We were properly warned about the dust so had plastic drop cloths everywhere -- we bought a roll of plastic at Canadian Tire for $25 and didn't use it all.) We are THRILLED with the result. Our old screens let in so many bugs. Now, we can also retract them and just enjoy a picture window experience. Our first electricity bill is lower, thanks to the energy efficiency. We highly recommend this company.

This is my second order of windows from Magic Window Innovations because of my positive experience in ordering the Window Wall + kitchen windows in my first order. This time I ordered a bay window and a couple of bathroom windows. I strongly feel the engineering in these windows differentiate them in the marketplace. What was most impressive to me was on installation day the bay window (3 panels and 2 opening) was not manufactured correctly. No problem for Magic Window because they were able to re-manufacture the correct bay window with same day installation. This is only possible because they manufacture the windows. I look forward to my next order with Magic Window

Michelle @ Magic Windows was very informative when we started to discuss replacing our windows. Very knowledgeable about the product, gave a great demo of the different options and was not pushy at all in terms of making a sale. Windows were installed without any fuss. We’ve now had the windows for a few weeks now and we love them! Can’t recommend Magic Windows enough.

Could not be happier with our new window wall! We first saw it at a home show a few years ago and always wanted one. Moved to our forever home and knew we had to get it. Tom from sales was very professional, honest and knowledgeable. There was no pressure to buy which was great. Process to make the window was done in a timely manner. Installation went smoothly, and they cleaned up and took the old windows with them so no mess to clean up. We had a tiny issue with our insect screen and they came to fix it. We did have a little trouble getting in touch with the company at times as they were not able to respond to emails in a timely manner, but this all happened during the one of a kind summer of 2020. Overall we have no regrets and look forward to installing a deck and enjoying it for years to come.

We had most of our windows and doors replaced by Magic Windows several years ago. We missed doing the garage windows at that time. They are done now and look great!
