The Magic Window installation team were very focused and thorough, kept the worksite clean, they were pleasant, and their experience showed. We also had a very smooth initial experience with the sales rep. and office. The product itself is superiorly engineered, in particular easy to access the outside surface for cleaning. Enhanced energy efficiency is vital these days as well. So to sum up, I would recommend Magic Window Innovations.

Window Installation was a pleasure from start to finish. Charming Salesperson (Michelle) who explained benefits. Installation was done in the timeline promised One window needed to be modified and the service call was arranged within one week. Strongly recommend. Lighting in our home is amazing.

A few years ago i purchased windows and sliders from Magic Window. the thing I liked best about the were their invisible screens. As I live on the water, it was a delight to look out clear window glass to the lake. This year when I needed more window, I didn’t even compare 5hem with other companies because I knew I wanted the same quality. We have suffered through freezing basement, temperate main floor and stifling upper level since we moved into our home. When magic windows installed we were appalled to see how little insulation the builder had used when installing the original windows. First full day with our beautiful magic windows and the upstairs is beautifully cool even with the sun beating in the glass is also cool to touch. A really worthwhile investment and just sorry we waited so long. This company also provides excellent service from Alex who came in to give a very comprehensive quote to Miki/Yosef and Christopher who did a wonderful installation

Replaced bay window and two bedroom windows. Installation was all done in one morning. Installers were friendly and professional. Cleaned everything up and windows look great. Best feature is how the screens hide when not in use to give a cleaner look.

The whole experience from start to finish was challenging but overall an enjoyable experience. The owner and his son were very helpful with any and all questions, their office staff & sales rep were pleasant to work with. The installers made the final days of our renovation easy and stress free.

I had previous custom plantation shutters installed many years ago which I wanted to keep. Their crankless casement windows were perfect due to the limited space available (no crank mechanism) against the shutters. These casement windows are the best on the market, in terms of their simple functionality (2 latches to lock/unlock), design, and quality. The sales person (Alex) was very polite and knowledgeable during the demo process at my home. The follow up emails and phone calls at every step before install were delivered as promised. The 2 installers (Savo and Bojan) were on time, meticulous, and did not rush to complete. I was not happy with one area of the bay window exterior cladding during the install, voiced my concern, and they replaced the cladding with no hesitation. Overall, it was a positive experience from beginning to end. Magic Windows is definitely on my list for next year!

exellent experience from the get go commitments respected from initial contact to sales representative arrived to explain all options and benefits and timimg for the project till final installations. Amazing product and features. I love the retractable screens that obstract the vue when not in use and also the total darkening screen in bedrooms. Those windows mechanism is flawless and easy to use and clean. also noise reduction is noticeable after few weeks of use. I am also expecting saving in heating and cooling from those energy saving windows and doors. one more feature wich is outstanding is the waranty that could be transferrable and with the long duration for 40 years!!! I highly recommend this company especially for people who appreciate great quality and Canadian made and innovations.

Amazing experience from the salesperson to the installation. We absolutely LOVE our new windows, it’s definitely raised the value of our home far above the cost of the windows. Highly recommended!
