We replaced the windows throughout most of our home, and had a complicated job with our bay window. The sales process was informative and the installers were professional. We are very happy with end result.

MWI was introduced to me through my electrician. Upon contacting the company, Daniel came out to my home and spent the morning reviewing window components and the features, designs and innovations that set MWI apart from the rest. The built in screen features along with sun shades and privacy blinds are one of the outstanding functional features of these windows. The installers were so hard working and really pleasant and happy people to be around. On the day of installation they created an install experience with some laughs and a bit of fun. They removed all of the debris after the install and provided an operational overview of the windows. Once the installation was completed, and I had the opportunity to look through the windows at the beautiful green space behind me I realized how much cleaner it is looking through these windows. I recommend this window company for anyone looking for a substantive, high quality product.

We purchased house in North York unfortunately most windows need to be changed. Its the best investment I've ever made. The windows give access for cleaning, keep out the noise and run smoothly with not a bit of draft. The salesman knew his product and went into detail in every way and came back after the job was done to go over everything again to make sure we are happy. The caulking was done well and the workers did the job quickly and even cleaned up well. We also love the blind and the screen as part of the window . They work great.

We didn't really need new windows lol. But we did need a new blind and we were looking for a room darketing solution for sleeping as our southeast facing bedroom gets very bright very early. Previously we had blinds plus thermal curtains but light was always a challenge. We visited the showroom to see how the 'magic window blinds' worked and purchased a casement with hideaway screen, thermal blind (room darkening) and also solar/UV blind for our bedroom. As well as a sliding window for our master bathroom with same blind setup. We are super pleased with the outcome. We now see that while we didn't think there was any problem with our old 'window', these new Magic Windows have been well worth the investment as its solved not only our blind challenge but has given us a whole lot more ways to enjoy our windows. The difference in light with blinds open and without a screen is quite surprising! But the flexibility of having the two blinds is awesome. We have WAY less of a 'cold around the window' factor with both blinds closed (in winter) vs our old window plus blind and thermal curtain setup. With the exception of a little light coming through pinhole sized spots in the hardware, the thermal blind pretty much gives a pitch black sleeping environment - would be excellent if you were a shift worker for sure!! For us it just means on weekends we can easily sleep till 9, 10 or later without being woken up by the rising sun! But the flexibility of the solar/UV blind is also awesome since it allows us to still see out and lets light in, but blocks the view from outside if you need privacy in the day, especially great for a bathroom. Also looking forward to using the solar/UV blind in summer to reduce some of the summer heat we get in this room from sun. Although its still winter and we haven't had the opportunity to have the windows open, the way these windows work is so awesome and we are definitely looking forward to using them in the warmer weather and being able to clean them so easily too!

From the low-pressure sales call, to the all-you-need-to-know preparation, through the quick but excellent installation, and after care, our experience with Magic Windows has been excellent. We love our new windows, especially the screen-less view!

In home consultation was very thorough and presentation was informative, especially with the props. Windows were manufactured in a couple of weeks and the installation was efficient and well done.
