I was scouting for patio door contractor for my new home and did my research as I cannot afford to make a mistake during this challenging COVID-19 times. Magic Windows stood out because of the technology they use and so I made an appointment for site consultation. Rick was very punctual and prepared. Very knowledgeable about the product and he doesn't rush with his explanation. The installers did a wonderful job and they were not rushing too. They were very careful during the installation and cleaned up pretty well after. They were very respectful to our home! Savo, one of the installers, was very friendly, polite, and skilled in his craft. He made very good suggestions to solve some of the issues he encountered when they were installing the patio doors. My husband couldn't agree more as he is knowledgeable on building science and so he understands the technicalities involved in the process. Over-all, our patio doors turned out GREAT! I am very satisfied and it's worth the wait!

We had our Magic Windows installed 7 years ago and have been very very happy with the concept, functionality and aesthetics of our windows. They are so easy to open, close and clean. Washing windows as one gets older is never a happy task but these windows make this process so easy. Recently we needed a repair to the window sash and we were very fortunate to have Majed, their technician, who was the epitome of professionalism and who went above and beyond by checking our other windows to ensure that all the windows were in good order. From the moment we called the office to the time that Majed left our house, we received excellent customer service. We had recommended these windows to friends and family who had also purchased and we were able to let them know of our very positive experience. Thank you.

The only problem with Magic Windows is once you see them you are spoiled for any other windows. Other windows just do not compare with the features. Corey Graham is a professional, knowledgeable sales consultant. The glass cleaner is amazing.

We recently replaced all of our patio doors with Magic Windows doors and we couldn’t be happier! We decided to double the opening in our kitchen to let in more light and it completely changed our space. Magic Windows handled every detail from start to finish, including cutting the new opening and finishing it to look as if the brick opening had always been there! The quality of our new doors is obvious by how smoothly they function. I love the retractable screens. Top notch service and high quality doors. I highly recommend Magic Windows!

100% recommend. Before I decided on Magic Window Innovations, I researched to no end, the pros and cons of all different types of windows and window manufacturers - after all, this is a big spend, I'm meticulous, and I don't believe in paying for garbage. I also knew I absolutely didn't want standard vinyl windows (that represent 99% of the window offerings out there) that warp and fail over a short time. I decided on Magic Window Innovations because: 1) The composite vinyl frame reinforced with aluminum and steel offered strength and longevity, is rust and rot resistance, and virtually maintenance free (unlike wood or fiberglass which have their own issues). This is backed by their amazing warranty. 2) The company makes their own windows A N D installs them. Windows will only perform properly over time if installed correctly, so I decided against an ad hoc window installer that installs "off the shelf windows", even if those "off the shelf" windows were "high end". Magic Window Innovations does not subcontract out. 3) The company was able to customize everything about my windows, including size, colour, window grills (simulated divided light) which I was very specific on in terms of thickness and look, and solar panels. I ordered black exterior on black interior double casement windows with a double hung look, which is exactly what I wanted. 4) The price was not the most expensive nor cheapest quote I received, but was excellent value for money in terms of product received. The price I list is tax-in, for full house of windows including basement, custom colour on exterior and interior, including one three-panel window wall with solar shade. Definitely would recommend a window wall in lieu of a standard sliding door or french door - really aesthetically pleasing and extremely functional to boot. So many more combinations and uses! 5) No mesh screens unless you need them. Super easy to self-clean windows from the inside of your home. 6) Made in Canada by Canadians. 7) Excellent and numerous reviews on Homestars and Google, which has never failed me. Our sales rep Daniel was great: easy to deal with and didn't waste my time. There was no hard-sell tactic which I truly appreciated, and he provided to me a printed quote - fully itemized - to keep. He was super patient and accommodating with all the contract revisions I had. When I went to visit the showroom, everyone was so friendly, and knowledgeable, explaining the granular details of the window parts to me which helped me to configure the grills exactly how I wanted. I even got a tour of the manufacturing facility and was super impressed. The installation crew was A+++, windows were installed in three days (window manufacturing took 8 weeks plus a few more weeks attributable to Covid delay), the grounds were cleaned up beautifully, and they provided me with a thorough tutorial of how to properly operate the windows and window wall. The entire experience was seamless and efficient. The features I love most about my windows are the crank-less operation, no mesh screens, and how they've completely changed and updated the look of my home (we've received so many compliments so thank you Magic Windows!). I've also noticed general wind and road noise reduction, my house is "brighter" due to retracting mesh screens, and I'm sure I will have energy savings too. 100% more than extremely happy with my decision to go with Magic Window Innovations. We replaced the windows in our living room, master bedroom and one other bedroom. Michelle provided an excellent, informative sales meeting. Look, you typically have to take these meetings with a grain of salt. . . it's a sales pitch, so you expect some hyperbole. Not this time though. Magic Windows came through on every single promise. The installation staff were professional, efficient and respectful of our home. They were very careful and left a clean work space when done. The windows themselves are almost comically over-engineered. They are thoughtfully designed, easy to use and feel quite sturdy. Michelle told us stories of how quiet the windows were, blocking out most outdoor noise. She was right. Our house is noticeably quieter. We couldn't be more pleased with the product and the experience. We highly recommend Magic Windows.

Wonderful company to work with. From setting up the initial meeting for a quote and information to learn about the product, to having exact measurements taken then, then once more a week later by the gentleman would be installing the doors to ensure exactness was impressive. The installers were clean and tidy and did a great job from start to finish. The warranty they offer gives us a great peace of mind that they will last almost forever. Thanks Magic Windows. We will use you in the near future for sure!!

Magic Windows installed 9 new windows for us in our sunroom. We had sun shades installed instead of dark out shades. They are great as they allow you to see through them without the glare of the sun. We are also looking forward to them helping to keep the room cooler in the summer's heat. The installers were professional and kept the place clean. They were kind and considerate. The sales consultant was also thorough and explained all the options. This was our second installation from Magic Windows and we will be using this company again for more windows in the future. .

I just wanted to send a huge shoutout to the team at Magic Windows. I have had my Patio door Window Wall for three years now and must say that it is the best product out there. Recently I needed to find out if there was any way to have the Window Wall open only a few inches, as I had noticed that in the case of a very strong wind, the Door could be blown completely open and I wanted to make sure that this wouldn't break with the force of the sudden wind gust. After a few emails and phone conversations I was offered a solution that sounded like it was just what I needed. The service appointment was scheduled and the service tech arrived right on time. The tech explained exactly what he was going to do and installed the limiter, that would give me a solution to my query. The limiter is very easy to deploy and is the perfect solution for what I needed. Again, thank you to the service tech, who also was very conscious of social distancing in these crazy times and to the whole Magic Window team.

Magic Windows replaced all 13 of my windows and the patio door. The windows are beautiful. More importantly, I found the co-owner, Yuli, incredibly responsive to my needs as a client.
