Fantastic work and craftsmanship! After 28 years, it was time to change all the 5 windows in my house which were already showing heavy signs of condensation and leaking. Having invested weeks of research into window companies, and sitting through many quotes; I finally decided on Magic Windows. They are one of the most professional companies I have ever had the pleasure to deal with. The quote meeting rather than being dry and filled with incomprehensible industry jargon, was instead a pleasantly informative session where Victor succinctly and entertainingly presented the available options for my household, only after having clearly identified what my individual needs were. I felt relaxed and confident that my individual needs were the main priority and not a salesman's quota. Rather than a ratty binder with a used brochure of several types of windows, I was presented with an actual example of the window, and an expertly assembled presentation which left no doubt in my mind that these windows were the most superior on the market. The installation team was one of the best I have ever seen in a trades company. They were professional, polite, courteous, and quiet. Work was completed in the estimated time, with no mess to clean up afterwards. After installation, they calmly explained all the functions and care of the windows, ensuring that my family was happy with the work and had no other questions or concerns. We have already received multiple compliments from the neighbours and still cannot get over how much more light there is in the house. It is such a refreshing change of pace to no longer have to fight to open the windows, and to have the option to actually have the windows wide open without a screen if we choose. The built in blinds are amazing! Especially the light blocking blinds which have already dramatically improved the quality of my sleep, as promised by Victor! I know that widow replacements are an expensive and daunting home task, but believe me when I say that I'm confident that I have gotten my dollars worth with Magic Windows. Innovative product. Well made. Installed earlier than expected. They should include lock mechanism on sliding screen door. The installers were on time, courteous, and they cleaned up during and after they were finished. The product is not cheap, but you get what you pay for.

We are extremely happy with our new Magic Windows. My sister recommended we check out the company a few years ago. We weren't ready until recently. Right from the start, M, our sales person patiently went through everything so that we understood what were the advantages of the different options. Our windows were installed in the winter by M & Z. They made sure to keep our home as clean as possible considering the wet and cold days. They took the time to listen and answer my husband's questions. Since that great experience, we asked Magic Windows to do our front 2 storey floor to ceiling bay windows. Because of the complexity of the job, no one wanted to do it. Magic Windows took on the challenge. A & S are incredible installers with a passion for what they do. They were fearless, precise and conscientious. We have received so many compliments from family, friends and strangers. Our house is transforming into the house of our dreams. It is amazing what changing windows can do. Thanks Magic Windows!!

Magic Window Innovations installed windows in our second level home and we are extremely happy with our choice. Sales person is very professional and helpful. Installers were very qualified, tidy and courteous. They have an excellent product with advance technology, which will last longer. That being said, we would recommend Magic Windows to anyone that is looking to replace windows.
