These windows have a steel frame inside the vinyl which allows for a thinner profile.The screens retract into a cartridge at the side when not in use and the casement windows pivot for easy cleaning.Also there is no crank mechanism that could break down the road.Overall a very innovative window design.Very happy with our purchase

I had a window that needed to be replaced and wanted to have a very good quality long lasting product. I shopped around and found that Magic Window was offering the best quality and service for what i was looking. It may be more expensive but I know that the product will last over 40 years and have a better light in my house.

As this was the final replacement for my house, I am completely satisfied and impressed with the workmanship of product and customer service that was provided to me. Total cost of product was around 25k. If you replacing your windows, I would strongly recommend this company, as they have a superior product than anyone out there.

The original patio doors had a transom at the top and with the screens it had a very cluttered look. The doors were heavy to slide back and forth plus the screen was always visible and noisy to open and close. We were seeking a modern, easy to operate, streamlined look and Magic Windows had the perfect solution with the Window Wall. Not only does the Window Wall look uncluttered, it has many great features that enable us to open sections as needed. The bonus is a fully screened, uninterrupted panoramic view when needed. Security was important to us and the Magic Window provided the perfect solution with the secure locking device.

Very helpful and informed sales staff in pleasant show room. Explained options and what was possible and what was not. Installers said they’d be done in an hour and I must say was skeptical but they were done in 40 minutes! Clean quick job.

Professional installation, courteous and knowledgeable staff , excellent product with advance technology never before experienced in a window , and craftsmanship that is second to none . That being said , we would recommend magic windows to anyone that is looking for a window , go no further in your quest !

I had a great experience with Magic Windows. The windows are fantastic, installation was smooth, the sales process was relaxed and the price was reasonable for a premium window. Magic Windows wasn't the first quote I asked for. I first went to a competitor and found very shady sales tactics, 3 hrs of my time was taken up by a sales person and they wouldn't actually give me a real quote unless I agreed to commit on the spot (and they did spread some misinformation about Magic Windows). Despite that 3hrs, I did learn a lot about what makes a decent frame for a window, and that's what led me to investigate Magic Windows in the first place. I took a visit to the Magic Windows showroom got a quote after a quick visit to my home and had the windows installed. To be honest, if I didn't have that first 3hr sales call from the competing company (where I did learn a lot about what makes a good window), I probably wouldn't have been knowledgeable enough to seek out Magic Windows. I was a little concerned that the retractable solar shade and black out screen was a bit of a gimmick, but after having them for a week, I really like them. The solar screen is great, although I was hoping it would offer a little more privacy during the night when lights are on, but I guess that's what the black out shade is for. It is amazing not having a crank mechanism (mine were all broken on my previous windows) and also being able to open the window completely. I did insist on having a limiter installed for safety reasons because if the windows are open the whole way they could be dangerous, especially with kids around. Overall I would definitely recommend. Yes they're more expensive than just a normal vinyl window but I expect magic windows will last (and the warranty says they will last). My neighbour has replaced all of his regular vinyl windows 2 times in 18 years.

Magic Window Innovations installed beautiful windows in my home. I was very pleased! The windows made my 6 month reno all worth it. I love the coiled privacy and insect screens. The windows have a slight tint in them giving the whole place an upscale feel. Great work! Highly recommend!

We had all of our windows replaced by Magic Windows and we are extremely happy with our choice. From the time we walked into the showroom to installation to a service call we were impressed. We shopped around for windows and by far, Magic Windows had the best costumer service and windows. This window is far superior to anything we saw and we felt we were getting value for our money. The service at the showroom was (and I'm comparing to other large window companies) exceptional. There was no pressure and no nonsense. We absolutely love our new windows!
