    Window replacement

    We had heard about Magic Window for years on Newstalk 1010 and went to see them when they were at Burlington Mall. We then had a fantastic salesman named Vysan come to our house to give us a quote. We ordered 19 windows and a patio door and couldn't wait to see them transform our house! They arrived on time and the installers were excellent....very professional. They cleaned up each night and the mess was much less than we had anticipated. We highly recommend Magic Window to anyone needing new windows!

    Patio Doors

    Very happy with my new patio doors and the team's professionalism. Also, the installers cleaned up afterwards, so no mess for me to deal with. Would highly recommend their services.

    Window Replacement

    After having a 25 year old large casement window replaced by Magic Windows I could not be more impressed. Love the retractable screen and the nice big clear view I get now! The installation was fast, the installers were great! I would highly recommend and consider them again if I need any more windows replaced.

    Whole house of Windows

    We built our house and installed Magic Windows in 2000. It is on an engineered pad and has in floor heating. I mention this because we do not have a basement in which to store anything. The convenience of the roll away screens is wonderful. The windows have functioned perfectly over the last 19 years and I would highly recommend Magic Windows to any new home builders or those looking for replacement windows. You will not be disappointed.

    Window replacement

    Magic windows was great to deal with from getting an in home quote through to installation. Staff were professional. Window looks great. I got the screens and blinds as well. Love my new window.

    Patio door installation

    I had listened to the Motts expounding the virtues of Magic Window Innovations on the radio program over the years. So when it came time for me to replace my patio door I thought immediately of magic windows. I visited their impressive showroom in Woodbridge and being a professional engineer I was impressed with both the quality of the product and its construction. After committing to the project I was delighted with the corporate follow up and subsequent installation. I was further impressed with the lead time in constructing a non standard size door and it's timely installation by an experienced, conscientious and through installation team. I am a firm believer in supporting Canadian products and services. The entire magic Windows Innovations ownership and staff should be proud of their organization. The Motts were great spokespeople for company.

    Window and patio door replacement

    This company did a terrific job from beginning to end, what I love was they responded quickly unlike other companies who never bother to call you back. The salesman did a terrific job of explaining about their products and their procedures, it was very detailed., and I love that they don't push you to buy if you're not ready. The installers were also very professional and did an excellent job. They clean up after installing, took away the old windows and doors, they even lay down a mat so as not to damage your floors. The final product was very lovely and I'm loving my new windows and doors, I love the rolling insect screen, but most of all I love the solar screen we had put in, this is one of the best investment one could made. All in all, me and my family are very happy with the job this company did and we plan on replacing all the windows eventually a little at a time so we're sure to use them again

    New Windows

    UPDATE: Magic Windows just completed all the adjustments. Thank you Anson for your attention to details! Have an older home with several generations of windows from original single pane/single hung (80+ years) to 20+ years aluminum windows from renos. Finally decided to upgrade all of our windows (11 in total) and after visiting the booth at the home show and getting several other quotes decided on Magic Windows. They weren't the cheapest or the most expensive, but we really liked their technology and extra slim profile (as we did not want to go "brick-brick" installation). The integrated solar binds/screens provide a clean look. There were a few minor adjustments needed post installation but service has been good so far - hopefully we can give 5/5 after all follow ups are completed.

    Magic Window’s magic deck door

    We love our new magic deck door by Magic Window. We used to have a heavy sliding door half covered by a traditional screen door. We saw their ad on Toronto Star and tried their sample doors at the show we knew that was the one we wanted right away. Sales person is very professional and helpful. He gave us different options cost wise and all the pros and cons. Installation is really fast and efficient, we were worried it would be dusty and be exposed to bugs for too long. It wasn’t at all. Customer service followup is quick. We love the part that screens are hidden inside the frame so they don’t block your view. We also love the hidden shades which can make the house not too hot in summer and keep the house warm in winter time. Most important is you don’t see them there if you don’t need them. We are more than happy to have their services. Since there is a almost lifetime warranty , we basically don’t need to worry about anything. Thanks , Magic Window.

    Kitchen and laundry room windows

    This is the second time we hire magic windows to install our new windows. The staff as usual was very helpful, the installation done on time,installers were very professional and efficient and clean. We will not hesitate to use them again.
