We have enjoyed the Magic Window product for the last 15 /20 years. Our Patio door lock broke which I removed and returned to the Magic Window factory. Entering to main office I was greeted and welcomed. After telling my story an employee was called from the factory area, examined the old part and asked me to wait a minute, he reentered the factory and returned within minutes holding a new lock that matched mine perfectly. Returning home and replacing this item our door is working perfectly. Guess what I'm trying to say is THANK YOU to the Magic Windows team for being there for your customers with a smile,help and care.

I saw your windows at the Ancaster Home show and was very impressed with your products, especially when compared to competitors at the same show. The follow up consultation with Tom was also very well received and resulted in my ordering 3 replacement windows for my home. The installation was carried out 30-04-2019. The crew were very good, they respected my home and went about replacing the windows in a professional manner. From start to finish I was very satisfied with Magic Window's service. The sales person was very knowledgeable and gave good advice which type of window was most suitable for my house I will use them for further installations in the near future.

Our salesperson was thorough and professional in demonstrating and explaining the product and any options available. The technician who measured the space for the installation took as much time as necessary to measure and confirm the dimensions. The installer did an excellent job of removing the old door and frame and installing the new door with new insulation surrounding the frame. He also demonstrated the new locking mechanism and the sliding screen. Before leaving, he cleaned up the site to our satisfaction. We highly recommend this company and would use it again.

We had Magic Windows replace our two livingroom windows (168in x 54in and 72in x 54in) and two dining room windows (72in x 54in) in Feruary 2019. The installation crew arrived on time and had removed the old windows, installed the new ones complete with exterior flashing and interior trim, cleaned up the inside and outside and loaded all of the old windows by about 3:00 pm. We were very satified the quality of the new windows and with the installation crew that came to our house. We noticed one of the openable windows had developed a crack in the interior glass of one openable unit the next day (Saturday) and we phoned them about it the following Monday. Magic windows verified which window it was and ordered a replacement glass unit. It was istalled a few weeks later in the same professional manner. We are very satified with the features and quality of the new windows and will use Magic Windows for our future window replacements.

This was the second time that I have used Magic Windows, when it came time to replace my patio doors there was no question I would use them again. The workmanship and customer service on my windows and my patio doors was outstanding, they truly care about getting it right. I love showing off the unique window and screen design. We had Magic Windows install 10 Windows 17 years ago. We love them! They came with a 40 year warranty, so we recently had them come to replace the old weatherstripping and adjust some handles. The men who came to do the work were wonderful: efficient, tidy, happy to explain things. When we were at the Home Show last fall, we stopped in at the Magic Windows booth and met Corey Graham. We wanted to replace our 37-year-old sliding doors and a bay window. He showed us our options, then came to our house to explain everything and we placed our order. After that a man came to take all the measurements, and they called us when the doors and windows were ready The installation went smoothly, they look great, and I just love the hideaway screens and solar blinds. It is so nice to have an unobstructed view, and to have the screens to keep the bugs out when we open the windows.
