My husband & I needed to replace our French doors, we were having water damage. Our neighbor recommended Magic Window. We made other inquires to no avail ( waiting list,no return calls etc) before we called Magic Window for an appointment. Michelle Gould was prompt & professional, she spent a good hour with us explaining all of our options. A couple of days later a quote was sent over. We have to admit is was on the high side, but the professionalism was what sold us and that carried though with the installation of the sliding glass door. We recently had new patio doors made and installed by Magic Windows. Our initial contact was Donna (Show Marketing Manager) who was extremely helpful, however, since she works outside of our residential area she passed us over to Tom (Project Manager); once again, another helpful and detailed professional who answered our questions and offered excellent advice. Subsequently, we met Sol (President), an extremely knowledgeable and delightful person with a wonderful sense of humour. The doors are beautifully made and Sol’s team of three installers worked diligently until the entire project was completed. If you are considering new windows or glass/patio doors you will NOT be disappointed with Magic Windows. Thanks to Sol and everyone on his team; a 10 out of 10 experience. Mary and Alan R.

The sales staff was very knowledgeable and informative. The cost was reasonable for what we wanted. From the measuring of the door to the installation, every thing was on time as promised. The installers were professional, courteous , clean up was thorough. They took time to answer all our concerns and questions. Thank you Cory for taken care of our job. When we are ready to have the rest of our windows replaced, we will consider using your company again. The feature we like the most with our patio door is the retractable screens, they work well, very fonctional.

The company Magic Windows is great, from the sales team to installation. We had six basement windows installed and the crew did a fabulous job. The installation crew asked for my opinion & confirmation that I was satisfied on how the installation was proceeding. Both the inside and outside installation of the windows was finished to an extremely high standard. I am very satisfied with the job.

We were very pleased with Magic Windows from the sales person to the installers. We wanted to replace our window with no mullions and enjoy a better view of our ravine setting. Magic Windows made that happen. It’s beautiful! Thank you.

We installed the window wall in 2018 and decided to replace 6, very old windows with Magic Windows this year. Love the windows and 40 year warranty. We highly recommend.

For years, finding a suitable backdoor for our home was a difficult task since the dimensions of our backdoor are not standard. Yet, Magic Window Innovations was able to create a beautiful and sturdy backdoor for us. Additionally, we had a custom window installed to allow for more daylight, and this was also very well done. One of the biggest reasons we chose Magic Window Innovations, was for high quality safety their products provide, and they have delivered on this very well. We are greatly satisfied with Magic Window Innovations and would recommend them to friends and family in the future.

We purchased replacement windows (no doors) for our entire house from Magic Window Innovations. We also purchased several of their internal rollup blinds. I looked at and received quotes for many other options before selecting Magic Window Innovations. They were definitely not the cheapest option, however, I chose them because I really believe their product is innovative, high quality and allowed us to get the largest glass for each window of any of the options (the frame is thinner) we looked at. In addition to having the salesman come to the house, we also visited the showroom and met the owner of the company. The visit was very helpful. The salesperson helped us to figure out the format for several of our front facing windows. Again, we wanted the largest glass panels possible and we finally settled on an asymmetric arrangement that is both somewhat unusual, modern and looks great. I appreciated the salesman’s patience (he came to the house a second time willingly) and also his creativity. We had a problem with one window after installation and Magic Windows replaced it without issue. It took a while to order the new window and installation was delayed several times due to weather and other issues, but they were in communication and reliable and I had no issue with the delays. Overall, I am extremely satisfied with my choice and would happily use this company again. We have had the windows since the end of 2017.

Windows were fine. Installation was lousy . We had insulation compound on the ceiling, the floor & the bedspread. It took over 6 weeks to remedy some of the deficiencies. We were promised by the owner that the ceiling will be repainted and it was never done.
