Our windows are amazing. They transform the house. They replace every window in our house. The retractable screens and shades take a minute to get used to but we love our windows. They are not the cheapest windows out there, but you get what you pay for. We are extremely happy with the install. The guys were polite and very quick. There were some install issues but the service department took care of them within a few days. Very happy and would recommend and use them again

The windows are beautiful and work great. We had one window that wasnt working properly and they fixed it up quickly and without any hassle. We love our Magic Windows!

One of the Magic Windows I installed 3 months ago had its latch broke off so I had to make a service call based on warranty. I filled out the online form and the next day a service rep from Magic called and scheduled the replacement. It was my first opportunity to test Magics claim on good after -sale services and they did not disappoint, the technician came shortly and replaced the part in 5 min. Good experience and another reason to go with Magic Windows.

The Magic service technician arrived promptly for the appointment. He was very courteous and respectful of the property and left the job site clean. He worked diligently on his task and resolved the issue within a few hours. We are very pleased with the quality of service!

I had a large kitchen window installed and what a difference it makes! So much more natural light and I can see clearly into my yard as there is no screen to look through - it's hidden until I need it. Thank you, Magic Windows, for bringing more light into my kitchen.

I called for service early in the week and got an appointment within a few days. The serviceman came to fix the solar shade handle plus he did extras. I casually mention to him that we put a thin plastic weather strip on on the patio door to prevent flies from coming in when the screen door is in use. He proceed to put a fuzzy weatherstrip on the screen door and then showed me that the use of the weather strips on both of the doors will stops any bugs from entering. I was pleasantly surprised. ordered 28 windows and one sliding door back in the Spring, immediately got a date for the installation in October. Magic windows were early and performed the installation in September. job was completed fast, floors were well protected during installation. Technicians were very informative and polite. The next day the Supervisor showed up to check on the installation and to find out if we were happy with. very happy, well recommended.

We like our sliding glass door with the two features of an invisible screen and an interior blind.
