Magic windows did an amazing and professional job. I am very pleased with this product

We had Magic windows installed in our last house. We loved them and showed them to the whole neighbourhood. We then moved from that house very shortly thereafter. In the new house we wanted Magic windows back and so we had them installed the in the new house too. Theyre just the best windows. Recently, we had an issue with one of the sliders and we called Magic for service. The technician was efficient, clean, and very good at his job. Overall, we are thrilled with the windows - the lack of fixed screens brings in so much light into the house. They are easy to open, clean, look great, and easy to manage. We highly recommend.

Wow we love our Magic Windows! From sales to installation to service, what a great team. Each step of the way was well explained with emails and phone calls to keep us up to date. The installation team was professional and courteous and a pleasure to have in our home. We appreciated the courtesy call to "check in" from sales, after our install. We especially love the blackout blind on our large bedroom window, what a difference it makes to a great night's rest!! D & L j

Alex came with full information technology and window demo products during the 1st meeting. He's shown Magic windows does high quality products made in local Ontario Canada facilities. When the crews that installed the patio door and window were , corteous, professional, efficient and tidy. Amazing!! The door and window have roller screens and privacy shade built into it. I have been looking for a door that will fit the style of my newly renovated kitchen. I have been to places but only Magic Door/windows did the best in walking me over the process and the quality I am looking for. The people that works here are amazing and very helpful. I know I made the great decision in getting the service I need. The door is of great quality and it is Magic. Alot of my friends are so amazed and keep on asking who did this beautiful door. Highly recommended.

Very professional installation of windows and patio doors, and the crew went through a thorough vacuuming of our carpets after the installation too! All the windows and patio doors work great, just in time for the first snow fall of the year!
