We called DrainCity for a free estimate at our address. Their technician Dimitry was able to provide us a quote that was priced under any other company that came to our home. We went ahead with the work and are happy to say that it fixed the water pressure and are happy with the job that they did. Will defiantly use them for future plumbing needs, Thank you Dimitry for a job well done!

I called drain city because of an awful smell coming out of my floor drain in the basement. After speaking to a very nice and helpful agent, he assured me that someone would be in my home in less than two hours to address the problem! I soon received a call from Victor, who assured me that he would be over very quickly. Once there, Victor made the necessary repairs and made recommendations and gave suggestions which were very helpful! Gave suggestions on maintaining grease in my kitchen sink so we wouldn't encounter any problems in the future. He was in and out of my house in less than two hours and did his work so neatly! I have already called Drain City again for future services.

I had a partial blockage in the main drain and hired DrainCity to do a full replacement from the city connection back to my basement, and the removal of the building trap in the basement floor. I also requested the installation of an exterior backwater valve. From the very beginning of the project to the end, I was thoroughly impressed with how courteous, prompt, and hard-working the staff were, and the quality of their work. I expected machinery to be used to excavate the front lawn, but learned that all excavation is done by shovel! I have nothing but praise for their diligence and work ethic. The scale of the project and the labour involved was beyond my initial expectations. I would definitely say there was value for money and the amount I paid was very cost-effective compared to some of the other estimates I received. And they were there at the end to answer my questions and provide me with a demonstration on how to clean the new backwater valve that was installed. I couldn't have asked for a better customer experience.

Was referred to this company by their previous customer Monica. We were heavily flooded 2 years ago and were told by our insurance company to install a back flow valve. I contacted Drain City and they were able to send Viktor for a free estimate. We went ahead with the work and couldn't be more happy on how quick and professional everything went. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY. We have been left with a basement that is not waterproofed and the side of our house ripped up. At this point, all we want is them to come back and replace the bricks at the side of our house and they are say everyday that they are going to come but they NEVER show up. They left ONE YEAR ago and told us they would be back in a few weeks once the ground has settled to lay down the bricks. They never came back. The fact that they offered a 25 year guarantee on the waterproofing services and decided not to honour it when we had to tear out our newly finished basement is probably the biggest reason to never use this company but the complete lack of customer service is what bothers me the most.

Very professional, upfront, courteous and excellent is my expierence with Draincity. I suspected we had lead in our waterline to the city property for a long time because we in an older part of the city. Several years ago, we replaced some of the interior pipes. Draincity did an amazing jobin replacing the waterline to the city line. They even upgraded the size of the pipe to increase the water pressure. Our family feels safer now and the City will replace their part of the waterline. Thanks Dmytro and Igor from Draincity for the professional work and great customer service.

Most responsive plumbers I have ever dealt with; and I have used a lot of plumbers. DrainCity has earned my loyalty. They are extremely responsive, have reasonable prices, are very professional and friendly, and provide superior service. What a find! Such great service under any circumstances is quite unusual. Draincity didn't know me and had no relationship with me. Plumbers who I have done business with were not that responsive. I am very impressed. They had completed a water proofing job at my address and ever since the disaster we went through with the July flooding we had not 1 leak come through our foundation wall. Their technician Dimitry did a job well done!

I recently had Draincity fix my toilet leak. This is the second time I have called them and I am very happy with the service and work they did. Previously, they did some waterproofing for us. Jason, the estimator, and one of the supervisors, provided an accurate estimate and saved us money by only doing what was required. Everything was written out in detail and explained fully. The crew were on time, considerate to our neighbours and always supervised. All went smoothly and as expected. We received a follow-up visit shortly after and felt they were interested in making certain we were satisfied with the work and service, which we were. Based on our experiences with Draincity, the crew and Jason, not only do we give our highest recommendation but look forward to using them again.

Draincity recently completed a water proofing job at my parents address. Their plumbers along with their salesman, Jason were professional all the way. They made the whole process an enjoyable experience and priced everything lower then any competitor we received a quote from. The work was exceptionally well done! Thank you guys
