Our basement drain was backing up, we had it snaked. Drain City walked us through the various scenarios that could be causing the issue and recommended what we could do to fix it if the snaking didn't work.

Over all satisfied with services and friendly during communication and at job very professional with work. My recommendation to totally dependable for people looking for quality work and professionalism and commitment.

DrainCity send me a contractor called Victor right away and he took his time to fix my main water valve.He used the best material. cleaned everything afterwards.Have never seen that before.I can really recommend Victor and DrainCity.

I called DrainCity Plumbers because of their senior's discount. A month ago I noticed a wet spot on my ceiling that would come and go. My son tried to fix it by tightening a pipe in the upstairs washroom and changing the washers. The wet spot came back larger than before. Dymtro, a master plumber, and a colleague came and went to work right away to diagnose the problem. Very pleasant hard-working guys. They located the problem and fixed the leaking pipe quickly. They also changed a lever on my water shut-off valve that wasn't working for free. And, they informed me of the City of Toronto generous subsidy program, which I would qualify for. They suggested a back-water valve and a sump pump. I am going to proceed immediately with that. Thanks guys, you were wonderful company and did an awesome job. My kitchen sink would barely drain for the longest time. DrainCity located the blockage, snaked my drain a long way to the blockage. They were quick, efficient, clean, reasonably priced and professional. It was completed in about an hour. Very good work.

We finished semi-renovating our upstairs bathroom and did most of the work ourselves. We loved the end result except one thing - our low, very low water pressure. (Something we had to deal with since we moved into our home almost eight years ago.) After visiting a number of plumbers' websites we called two companies for quotes. We felt comfortable speaking to Terry of DrainCity on the phone and arranged for a site visit and quote. They were respectful, courteous and checked our valves, water meter and our feed line. We needed to replace our feed line because it was too small and it was corroding. Fortunately, we were able to go on a payment plan. They kept us updated every step of the way. Finally, we have water pressure, making all the work we did on the bathroom worthwhile. Nice guys. Great job!

After hearing Hurricane Sandy was heading toward Toronto and with all the leaves on my driveway, I knew I needed to have my catch basin cleaned or even repaired. On the advice of a co-worker who had her basement walkout beautifully done by DrainCity, I called them. Wow - Victor and Dmytro were on my driveway waiting for me to come home from work to assess the catch basin. Good news, it just needed a professional cleaning. While waiting for me they noticed two hairline cracks on my foundation and advised me that it would be wise to fix it now before it got any worse and more costly. I took their advice and appreciated their dedication to their work. Great guys. I now feel ready for the winter season or even a hurricane. I confidently rate DrainCity an A+++++.

These guys were awesome. Clean and tidy. Prompt in responding to my initial request for someone to come and look at the problem. Answered my many many questions during the course of the job. Explained every step of the process to me. Helped me understand how to apply for the Back Water Valve rebate from the City of Toronto. Answered all of my 6 year old daughter's many questions. And did an awesome job of troubleshooting around some cabinetry that I really didn't want to have to move off the way. They were tremendous!!!

We have used Drain City on two occasions in a short period of time. Both times - fast efficient, honest reasonable priced - knowledgeable and professional service. Couldn't be happier - wouldn't use any other firm. We are also very partial to Eugene - who we have decided is our drain person......if every company worked as efficiently, honestly and with such attention to customer satisfaction - well it would be a better world

To my embarrassment a while ago whenever I would use the lavatories, it would always end up in some sort of clogging no matter what I did which was odd because it never did so before. I initially called another local plumbing service, but they told me that the pipes were absolutely fine and the issue was myself. Disheartened I continued using the lavatories with the same occasional clogging happening until one day it seems like the pipes just had enough and clogged up completely. At that point I decided to call another Plumbing service and hope they would help me and the ones I called were DrainCity Plumbers. The plumber himself came quite quickly upon the first call and just as quickly remedied the issue along with telling us our issue. WI ht our case the pipes were never fine and had something snared within the sides, but it wasn't serious and the man told us a simple use of the snake would fix it. So he did just that, but also even recommended us and showed us a quick tutorial on how to use a snake for ourselves! This service was leaps and bounds above the previous one we called. The DrainCity Plumber employee actually showed like they had cared and understood our issues and happilly recommended and showed us ways to fix normal everyday problems people would have with bathrooms in general. Truly a great experience and would have no hesitation in recommending their services to others.
