I had 2 different companies tell me that my drains were so bad that it was impossible to clear, and my only option was to replace the pipe, I called one more company which was DrainCity the technician spent some time at my house, he finally had my drains working, he informed me that it may be temporary, he gave me my invoice for the service call and on the invoice was a recommendation with a price to replace the pipe, I was impressed that he gave me the option not just telling me it was my only option, I called their office and scheduled the work to be done the men came on time and worked very hard , they did an excellent job, I will definitely use this company again and would recommend them to anyone

Prompt and knowledgeable service, the whole job from start to finish took no time at all, the guys that came to do the work were well organized and they did a great job.

My family received prompt, courteous and excellent service from DrainCity's office staff who received my inquiry (Kerry) to the inspector (Eugene) who assessed our plumbing problem and, finally, the plumbinng crew (led by Dimitri) who finished the pipe replacement project in less than a day. The company also extended an easy payment plan which helped us meet the unexpected financial burden associated with this major repair project. Thank you DrainCity!

I would like to state that I couldn’t be more pleased with the job that your workers did today in emptying the grease trap. They were in and out before you even knew that they were here. But more importantly after they had left there was no evidence that they had even been here. Please convey my thanks for a job well done.

They just finished to waterproof my old leaky basement. They worked hard and were very respectful and easy to deal with! I definitely liked their attitude to the work and to me as their client. Their supervisor was on-site all the time and watched carefully for the proccess. They did really fantastic job for me, my basement is dry and fully ready for the following renovation. Fantastic work done!

Draincity Plumbers helped me a lot with my flooded bathroom. My wife was totally in panic when she saw the water flooding the floor near the closed bathroom door, so she called the first number she find in the Internet. The number belonged Draincity Plumbers, and their representative was able to calm down my wife and promised the plumbers to arrive ASAP. The van with 2 guys actually arrived promtly. They were very neat, proffessional and honest, quckly found the problem and offered us either a quick fix or permanent solution (but pricier). We are very satisfied with their work and definately will hire them again.

I bought my first home with an unfinished basement. Last fall I found leaks on its walls and a smell of moisture. This spring things got worse and I started to call basement waterproofing companies. I got several good quotes for my budget and finally picked up Drain city plumbers. They sounded like professionals from our first phone conversation and I liked their attention to details. The result was very good and fast enough to satisfy me. Leaks and cracks dissappeared. It was a pleasant experience hiring Drain city. I was very impressed with your services starting from the moment I called the office and spoke to Mary she told us how to shut off the water and then dispatched a plumber to come to our home.. Mike was there within 1 hour and charged us under $500.00 which was very impressive. I must say that the hard work and dedication portrayed by these two individuals will take your company very far. Drains were clogged, what caused water flooding in my basement. I called several waterproofing companies around, searched in the Internet and stopped with Drain City Plumbers. Their representative determined the costs and expenses and provided me very competitive price. We signed the contract, I paid the initial amount and the guys started to work. They kindly answered my questions and explained what they did. The proccess was long and involved both exterior and interior waterproofing. I am not into details, but the result is very good. The basement walls are dry now. Also the nice addition was the basement not only better waterproofed, but also better "sound proofed", so I did there my Home TV Theatre room :)
