Joe came to repair a hole in the bedroom closet wall due to a leak in the shower stall which was behind it. He came on time, was professional and most of all honest in terms of pricing and suggested a very good way to repair it. Immediately booked the repair, came on time done in 2 visits in a timely and appropriate manner.Two other contractors I got an estimate from you list gave exorbitant pricing. It is nice to find contractors in this day and age that are honest, kind and reliable. Would recommend Joe anytime.

We contacted Summit Renovations to do some work for us when we moved into our new home. They were courteous and clean and were able to complete the work in record time,despite it being a last minute request. We will definitly use Summit Renovations again for our next home projects.

Joe came to work for us on the recommendation of Frontline home inspection. He proved to be an excellent worker and nothing was too much trouble for Joe. He consulted as at every stage of the work to be done. He organised all the sub-contractors and supervised their work at all times. Joe and his team were extremely efficient, hardworking and everything was left clean and tidy at the end of each work day. Joe has our highest praise for the standard of his work. His helpful approach and friendly disposition. He is able to organise every aspect of renovation work and we would be happy to recommend him to anyone looking for a good and reliable contractor.

We just had Joe from Summit Renovations work on a second project in our home after our leaky shower finally got torn out and I needed someone to completely rebuild it. From finding Sigus to do the most beautiful tile job I have ever seen to Antonio from Java Electric giving us brand new lights both in the shower and throughout the washroom to Mario from Supertec plumbing making sure all the plumbing is top notch, and Sal plastering the ceiling, we now have a shower fit for a king. Thanks again to Summit Renovations for a perfect job!

Thank you HomeStars for helping us to find Joe! Not only did he and Sal do an amazing job repairing my plaster walls and refreshing my laundry room, they were friendly, on time every day and their attention to detail was amazing. He and Sal his crew man even washed my floor to clean up the drywall dust when they were done! I'm almost afraid to recommend him because he will be too busy to come back next time we need him. Joe from Summit Renovations is a homeowners "dream" contractor and I am more than thrilled with his service and will "definitely" be hiring him again in the future.

Just wanted to take some time to write this review because it would be a shame if others didnt give Joe a call for a quote.Now i know what it means when they call themselves a proffesional because Joe is exactly that.He did a great job in my basement and I am very happy with the way it turned out, it is exactly how we envisioned it. Joe was very patient with us due to not being able to decide on things.He was very meticulous and percise in his craftsmenship.I was also impressed how at the end of the day he cleanded up after himself. I highly recommend Summit renovations to anyone thinking of doing any type of work in their home either big or small.

We recently contracted Summit Renovations to perform some dry walling in our kitchen. They were meticulous,timely and cost effective...Everything you could ask for in a private contractor. We would highly recommend Summit Renovations and will use them again when we plan our next renovatiom!
