Joe gutted and rebuilt two wonderful bathrooms for us. No matter what surprises were encountered they were never an issue for Joe and his team. They did more than actually required and far exceeded our expectations. The team were all very professional and courteous. Would highly recommend.

We received quotes from six different contractors before choosing Joe at Summit reno. He came very highly recommended by a friend, and his quote was consistent with most of the other contractors. Joe was diligent to ensure we were happy with the progress, and kept the work area extremely tidy throughout the build. The end product was excellent. The workers that completed the work were always professional and friendly, and my family was at ease during the entire process. I highly recommend Joe and Summit Renovation.

Joe was exactly what his rating indicated - a 10 out of 10. The framing, drywall, tiling, doors/windows, and bathroom work was of the highest quality and what's more impressive he doesn't waste time - all business. All his trades were fantastic and very reasonable. Best contracting experience we've had. Book him now because you may not be able to get him soon.

My wife and I moved into our dream home in September 2010. We hired Joe based on a friend's recommendation and built a bedroom, 3-piece bathroom and a recreation room in our unfinished basement. We weren't disappointed and have since referred Summit to several people! Joe always showed up on time and brought my wife and me coffee every morning! He turned out to be very honest, professional and detailed. He used skilled tradesmen who were top notch and the workspace was always left spotless. I highly recommend Summit Renovations if you want dependable, quality craftsmanship at a reasonable price for any home renovation or building project.

We had Joe and his team come in to do a complete basement renovation. They were amazing, hard working, reliable, trustworthy, and took incredible pride in their work. Joe and his team were an absolute pleasure to have around the house and felt like part of the family; now that they are finished we feel like we need to plan our next big project just so that they can come back! The sub-contractors that Joe brings onboard were all incredible, professional and hard Working, particularly (Super) Mario the plumber and his colleague who worked tirelessly to plumb in a new bathroom and laundry sink despite coming up against many obstacles! Nothing was ever too much trouble for these guys and they also fixed another issue we had with our family bathroom. Antonio and team were also extremely professional and hard working; they put in all new pot lights and did all the wiring in the basement. We cannot praise Joe enough and have already recommended him and his team to several neighbours and friends. Joe is a true gentleman who clearly cares about his customers and the level of workmanship that he and his guys deliver. Nothing is ever too much trouble, as long as you are happy, Joe is happy! Unfortunately, you hear so many horror stories from people when discussing renovations with others, but we're delighted to say that our experience with Summit Renovations was all good. Thanks Joe!

Joe finished our basement this past summer and we are extremely happy customers! Joe was referred to us from a friend, and we have since referred him to our friends and family. Joe is a professional in his field who has exceptional workmanship standards (both personal and professional). He is a customer focused individual who is reliable, delivers on promise, on-time, and within budget. He offered great structural design layout to meet our family’s needs. Joe Fabjan, President of Summit Renovations, was a delight to work with during the two weeks of renovation. He constantly said "I'm not happy 'till you're happy". He truly meant what he said. All of Joe's Sub-Contracters took great pride in their work, which was very evident in the finished product. Several problems arose during construction, all of which were handled in a timely and very profesional manner. We will definately use Joe again. We highly recommend him. His work was completed to a very high standard, with attention to detail. As an individual, Joe is the definition of a true gentleman.

My family was devastated when we had a massive flood in our finished basement. The insurance company was leading us astray and delaying in the repairs. We were lost within the destruction. My husband called Summit Renovations. Joe came by, gave us a quote and gave us a date in which he could start the repairs and renovations. Joe kept to our budget, started and finished as he estimated and worked with us in every possible way to make it an easy process for our family. Within a few days everything was completed above our expectations. I can honestly say that the basement is much nicer now then it was before. Joe was very personable yet knew his business and conducted himself very professionally. His workers were trustworthy and always cleaned up after themselves. Summit Renovations was a godsend. Despite the renovations being completed only a few weeks ago, I have already recommended Summit to my friends and family - I just cant say enough about the manner in which they completed their work. We are anticipating several renovations next year and there is no other contractor or company that we would consider for this job. Our experience with Summit Renovations was just amazing.

Joe worked for me as a handyman who took care of multiple issues that I had with my new home. He removed built-ins, built storage, removed concrete block, fixed broken steps, and the list goes on and on. What a pleasure working with this lovely man. Honest, hard working and fair! He is so trustworthy to give a well thought out and executed job. Something rare these days. I highly recommend Joe's company (Summit-Renovations) and the work done.
