    renovation

    Our family began a major renovation of our recently purchased home in central Toronto.Having worked with a number of trades people to date,we searched for a referral for a contractor who would take on the issues with our home.Summit Renovations were hired,and it was the best choice we could have made.Major structural work as well as extensive finishing expectations were completed and the results were fabulous.It was clear that the contractors focused on our home as it if were their own.Communication-never an issue-was fantastic,and the professionalism we encountered was outstanding.They are honest,timely and care about all aspects of the job.We now have a beautiful new home for our young family,and enthusiastically recommend Summit Renovations to anyone looking for a reliable and honest contractor.

    Basement renovation

    Summit renovations was recomended to me through Mark from FrontLine home inspectors. I had recently been involved in an accident and could not do the work for myself. Joe stepped in and created a space for my familly far better than I could have hoped for. From day one of the project all the way through, he was here when he said he would be and was faster, cleaner and more detail oriented than I could have hoped. From changing major structure to knocking down walls everything was handled professionally and safely. Joe is a professional in every sense of the word and I would have no reservations in recommending him to anyone. Thank you Joe for making our basement a wonderful place to live in!     Basement Renovation

    We have been fortunate to have had Joe complete several home improvements for us. His ability to complete all jobs successfully, on budjet and in a timely fashion is commendable. Joe has taken his job seriously.His ability to plan and execute the project properly,without hidden surprises,was a welcomed treat. The job site was always left as clean as possible and at the end of each day he communicated with us about his progress and scheduling. His overall knoweledge of all aspects of the construction process is vast. We would not embark upon any home improvement,renovation or contruction project without having Joe "Summit Renovation" involved. Please feel free to call us if need be.     Basement

    We recently had our basement completely finished by Summit Renovations and are absolutely thrilled with the results.The project was completed on time,on budget and to a high level of quality. The basement encompasses approximately 1200sq ft of finished space and included several aspects such as increasing the size of 5 windows,adding a bathroom,a fireplace and dedicated "club"room for our kids.Insulation was upgraded to R17 and a full sub-flor was added resulting in a living space equally warm and as inviting as the main floor. The finishings were representative of the main floors with outstanding finish detail and quallity. Overall,we encountered only the most minor of issues throughout the renovation-and usually due to us changing our mind! All issues were dealt with professionally, quickly and to the same high level of quality as the rest of the job.All the trades were polite, courteous, on-time and took extra ccare to keep the worksite clean and protect other areas of the house with drop-sheets on the floors and plastic tarps to contain the dust. Joe was always professional and an absolute pleasure to deal with.I'm happy to give Joe an extremely strong recommendation and I'd be happy to discuss his work anytime. Todd& Rwanda Boone

    deck

    Joe and his team,from "Summit Renovations" were a pleasure to deal with.They woud arrive at my place on time and finished all the work on schedule.We started of with a complete deck,that is now outstanding and we got to enjoy it very much.After seeing the quality of workmanship I decided to go along with Joe and build a gate for my backyard.Not only that but come summer time we will have Summit back for a window install.     Complete Bathroom Renovation

    This company was recommended to us by our home inspector. Joe, the Summit Renovations owner/operator has work ethics rarel seen these days. We had hi totally renovate our ensuite bathroom which is a talking point and feature of anyone who visits. The company who made our cabinets used it as one of their featured bathrooms once the renovation was complete because it looked so spectacular. The work was completed on budget,in a time frame under his qoute and with no suprises. If you value hard working,courteous,quality service,look no further.

    entire house renovation

    Joe was excellent carpenter.We renovated an entire house with him and were thoroughly pleased with his work.We finished a basement,partially finished an attic,renovated three bathrooms,built an outdoor shed,installed new countertops,laid down hardwood flooring,encased a closet in cedar,and had numerous other works done by him and had zero problems.Joe is a hard worker and works surprisingly fast but without cutting corners.When he does something,he does it right the first time and wants to make it perfect. We haven't had a problem with any of his work,be it drywall,drop ceilings,or doors.I have no complaints and will certainly call Summit up the next time I need anything done at my house.

    Basement

    I was referred to Joe to renovate my basement this past fall. After meeting Joe, I was given a very competitive price and I awarded it to him. He had far exceeded the OBC standard and I was amazed at the quality of construction he provided. Throughout all the phases of construction,he was the most professional,meticulous,and tidiest that I have ever hired. He has a sharp eye for detail and was a pleasure to deal with.     main floor and basement

    We had Summit Renovations complete the whole main floor about two years ago. I would like to say that the renovation process, although is never easy was completed to perfection. We still comment on how wonderful our new home looks,and we enjoy it very much. The renovation that they completed was done on time,and to the best quality. There was never an issue for additional cost to us and concerns we had were always taken into consideration.They really respected us as the homeowners. Every evening after they finished working they would clean up after themselves. The floors were vacuumed to minimize dust. All the trades that Summit Renovations used were very professional,very polite, and the jobs were done to the highest quality. We were so happy with the results upstairs that this past fall we called Summit Renovations to finish our basement. Again the renovation was completed to our specifications with no surprises. Our children love the new living space. We now have a great place to entertain our family and friends. We are gladly recommending Summit Renovations to our family and friends. We will be using them again in the future.
