    Painting

    We used Benchmark Painting for a smaller project at our former residence and were very impressed. That's the reason we felt confident choosing your company to paint at our new location. The painters left everything very clean and tidy when they left each day and were fastidious with cutting and general painting.Brett deserves a medal for going beyond the call of duty to make sure two particular walls were finished to our satisfaction. He also worked with our new door hardware. Even though he had to work longer than he had planned he was pleasant and gracious. The lady that worked with him was also pleasant and worked hard. I would be happy to recommend your company and have already done so. My other medal would go to the gentleman who painted at our other house. I don't remember his name but he is an artist and loves riding motor bikes.

    Walls, Ceilings, Doors and Trim Painting

    We are very pleased with the work done. The painters were on time, professional and courteous. At the end of each day, everything was cleaned up and piled nicely and out of the way. The work done was amazing, and we still admire their work to this day. They were top notch, and my husband and I would definately recommend them.

    interior painting

    Aaron of Benchmark Painting came recommended to me. He was professional when quoting for the job, and ensured the work was completed to my satisfaction. Aaron even gave insight into the wall colour I had chosen prompting me to go a slight bit lighter in my choice, which proved to be a wise decision. I am very happy with the work performed and would recommend them in the future.

    painting stair railings

    Our railings had been previously painted (before we bought the house) with oil on latex and were peeling of fnad a mess. Benchmark came in and prepped and painted them - fabulous job!!

    Ceiling Repair After Roofing Project

    Our townhouse complex recently had the roofs replaced. Two holes were put in my ceiling due to tools being dropped through. The young man who repaired the ceiling was polite, hardworking and prompt. The ceilings were nicely refinished so that you could not see where the holes were.

    CEILING PAINTING AND CROWN MOULDING/

    We wanted several ceilings painted in our home and at the same time if possible Crown Moulings installed. Benchmark fit the bill and they did a wonderful job, arrived on time, got right to work and finished the whole project in one day. My wife and I are extremely satisfied with the work and would certainly recommend this company. What supprised me more then anything is how coordinated they worked. Good job done all around.

    Painting and Baseboard Installation

    My wife and I recently moved into a 1960's build home in the Burnaby area. Our first priority was to modernize the main floor of the home, which hadn't been renovated in 30 years. Aaron came to our home and did a complete walkthrough, taking time to carefully understand and catalog our needs. In the end, we chose to paint all of the ceilings (both smooth and 'popcorn' texture), walls, doors and trim surfaces in the living/dining room, hallway and three bedrooms. We also elected to have Benchmark install new baseboards in every room. Needless to say, this was going to be a large, multi-day project. And given that we had already moved into the home, Aaron's crew would need to work around our furnishings in each room. Not only did he provide a reasonable quote for a complicated job, he approached the project with a calm, down-to-earth attitude that was very reassuring. On "game day", Arron and the Benchmark crew arrived promptly, and worked tirelessly throughout three long days to get the job done. Despite some unexpected challenges and last-minute requests (from us), the team delivered excellent results. The ceilings, walls and baseboards look fantastic -- in fact, better than the more modern condo we just left. We enjoyed working with Aaron throughout the project, and will definitely call him again when it's time to renovate other spaces in our home. He and his team went above and beyond to serve our needs, and they definitely earned all the stars we've given them.

    Painting & Crown Moulding

    We had Benchmark Painting come into out home to paint and install crown moulding in our upstairs bedrooms. The crew arrived promptly as scheduled and completed the job in a professional and timely manner. We are very satisfied with the end results and have had friends comment on how well it looks. We would not hesitate to recommend Benchmark to others who are considering any in home upgrades

    Crown Moulding and Painting 3 Bedrooms

    This company was recommended to me by a friend and I couldn't be happier that I took her advice. Everyone from the company that I dealt with was punctual, extremely professional and they did great work. We had our bedrooms painted and new crown mouldings installed. The rooms look fabulous and Benchmark made this a no fuss no muss project for me and my family. They worked quickly and efficiently and the final cost was right on budget. I would highly recommend this company to anyone.

    Crown Mouldings

    I recently hired Benchmark Painting Ltd. to do some crown mouldings in my condo, I was so happy with the original agreed on work that I asked them to complete all my rooms. They were very pleasant considerate and professional and I would recommend them to anybody and everybody, I just can't say enough about their work, it was absolutely perfect and my condo looks amazing.
