    Crown Moulding & Painting

    Recently moved to Maple Ridge and wanted to deal with the local trades and fortunately we found Benchmark Painting. Our home has crown moulding in most of the rooms however we wanted crown moulding in the upper and lower halls as well as the front foyer. Benchmark (Aaron) not only matched the existing crown moulding in the rest of the house but did a superior job of installation better than the existing crown moulding. The painting crew were on time, very courteous, professional and the quality and attention to detail were again superior. Having been in the service industry for +25 years quality, price, value and service are absolutely required to retain customers and clients. Benchmark fits the bill in all four requirements.

    Crown Moulding, Baseboards and Painting

    I am so happy with the work that Benchmark Painting did for me, I would highly recommend them to anyone. The crew was fantastic, very friendly and professional. I had them do crown moulding, baseboards and some painting. They showed up on time, completed the work on schedule and cleaned up after the work was done. I payed exactly what I was quoted and my home now looks amazing!

    Painted Interior Suites

    I run a multiple unit complex and use Benchmark exclusively for all of my painting needs. They're very professional, they show up promptly and on time, and do the job efficiently. They really are everything you would want in a commercial painting service!

    Repeat Service

    I've used Benchmark both personally and professionally for many, many projects over the last 6 years. I maintain my loyalty to them due to the fact that they are very, very professional. They arrive when they say they will, the friendly crew does a great job, and they clean up before they leave. I recommend them to people all the time.

    Fence & Deck

    I hired Benchmark to do my fence and deck and was happy with their work. They were here when said they were going to be, kept schedule in showing up a couple days before hand to clean the fence before painting and didn't make any mess for me. They did what they said they were going to when they said they were going to do it, and that is rare in this day and age.

    Interior Painting and Skim Coating

    I hired Benchmark to do the interior painting of a property in Richmond. Prior to the painting, wall paper had to be removed from several walls and the walls were in poor condition. Also, some walls had to be skim coated, to cover black glue that was remaining after the removal of wood paneling. The preparation of the walls, before painting, was the biggest part of the job. Because Benchmark had a man that had the expertise to do the skim coating, as well as the painting, I didn't have to hire a "drywaller" separately. The work was done quickly and the cost was reasonable. They did an EXCELLENT job! I was extremely happy with the results.

    Interior and Exterior Painting

    I have hired Benchmark on three separate occasions to do painting in the interior of my home, including ceilings, as well as the exterior of my house. For the exterior job, I had several companies come and give quotes, Benchmark was neither the highest or the lowest of quotes but they did provide a better service than the others. They have always showed up on time and completed the work on schedule and as quoted. They are very professional and I am very satisfied with the work that has been done. I would highly recommend this company to anyone.

    Painting

    Benchmark most recently painted one room in my home, but I have been using them for different jobs for a couple of years now. I like Benchmark because they are always on time, always on budget, and the work is great.

    Painted entire interior of apartment,

    We had a very good experience with Benchmark. They show up when scheduled, they do the work promptly, efficiently and well;they finished on time, leaving NO mess behind them, and we find them to be very worthy of our business as repeat customers. We highly recommend this company.

    Painting Interior of House

    Benchmark is a fantastic company. I am VERY fussy about the way I want things done and they catered to my every whim in not only the inside painting of my home, but the exterior work on another property I own. Craig and Rob are very professional and did everything they could to make sure everything was perfect. The guys were very friendly, always on time, and completely professional. They did a beautiful job and I recommend them to everyone.
