very pleasant employees. Left one vent cover behind. Worked quickly and efficiently, finished the job more quickly than I expected.

Pat and Jordan came over Oct 21 2016, to clean and service our furnace and clean the ducts. As he did in 2013, Pat did a thorough , and comprehensive job. Because of Pat and his associates, I will continue to use Advanpro, and I always recommend them, when the topic of furnace cleaning comes up.

I booked an appointment for my furnace and ducts to be cleaned after seeing a number of ads for Advanpro's services. The ad stated possible additional charges, so I confirmed with them the additional costs due to my extra vents (don't forget to include the cold air return vents). Advanpro called the day before to confirm the appointment. The team showed up earlier than the scheduled time but, not before calling to confirm it would be convenient for me. They took care to respect my home, and diligently cleaned up after themselves. Pat and Taylor were professional and very thorough. I appreciated the time they took to answer the questions I had. Thank you for a job well done!

We had a new furnace installed 2 weeks ago and we are very happy we chose Advanpro for this job! Orrin - Advanpro specialist - showed up on time as was scheduled. He worked very professionaly and we had a new furnace by 4 PM. Orrin was the only one working, but indeed he knew what he was doing. When he left our house it felt like no job happened there as he left everything clean. It's been 2 weeks now and the furnace works great and keeps us warm. I would defenetly recommend Advanpro to any of my friends and family. Thank you for your great job!

Hired Advanpro because of a deal I saw in a flyer. Service was great - the techs were early, courteous and knowledgeable. They finished the job fast. Only complaint was that I had way more vents than I thought so the 'deal' really wasn't and I wish they had let me know beforehand. They also asked me whether I wanted the cherry-scented deodorizer, which I appreciated.

I had asked the rep. to not worry about cleaning or replacing the filter on the humidifier, just do an annual check up/maintenance. When my husband came home he discovered that they did not replace the filter on the furnace...So needless to say very costly, in and out quickly and did not change the filter on the furnace...

I had Advanpro come out and do a furnace and duct cleaning. The service technician was very nice, on time, efficient and knowledgeable. Very happy with the service I received, I will definitely recommend Advanpro to my friends and family and I will use them again in the future!

The first word that comes to mind is trustworthy! Their experienced staff were able to save me time, money and piece of mind. I would highly recommend this company for their professional service.

I don't usually write reviews, but I just saw a W5 episode similar to my experience with Advanpro and it prompted me to write this. I had a 2 person crew show up to service my furnace (1 of my 2 furnaces had what I believed to be an igniter issue) a while back. I showed them to the basement and left them to do their work. About a half hour later, the guy comes upstairs and says "I have bad news" ... "you need 2 new furnaces". I'm like, "whaaaat??!". He goes on to show me a video on his phone of "my" cracked heat exchanger and said that he just took the video 5 mins ago in order to show me the problem. (I was not there when he took said video, nor did he take me to the furnace to show me, nor did he do a water/steam test, which, I learned is one of the only sure ways to find cracks - I truly believe that this was a random video used as a scare tactic to purchase all new gear). I was shocked. I had questions regarding installing the new furnaces and he made a quick phone call and came back to me saying he could do both for around $6500 - He didn't measure anything, or do an actual written quote or give me any product options or anything like that!! I was stressed and in shock, so I said sure, book me in. After they left, I had the worst gut feeling that I'd been had. I called Atco to test for CO leaks, and they detected nothing. I felt better after that and called Advanpro to cancel those 2 new furnaces. I ended up getting a 2nd opinion from a reputable company and they had nothing to say about cracks in the heat exchanger, and that the furnaces were running fine, (in fact, he said that they were in excellent shape!) but may be worth thinking about replacing them in the next few years as they were going to expire soon. He explained he's just a service guy and not an estimator, so no sales tactics here - which I appreciated, especially after the whole Advanpro scenario. He fixed the igniter issue and went on his way. Both furnaces are still working great and I'm glad I came to my senses. I feel as though I was bullied and taken advantage of because I'm a single woman. PLEASE BEWARE OF THIS COMPANY!!!! Go with your gut and ALWAYS get a 2nd, 3rd and 4th opinion!

Very efficient ,laid down sheets on floors removed shoes Everytime they entered house and made sure they cleaned up before they left.
