Installation of a new furnace
My furnace cannot work, then I asked for quotation. The estimator came the next day, the installation was done the day after next. So efficient and the service was to my best expectation.

They did a good job cleaning the furnace and ducts but could easily go above and beyond and chose not to (not expected of course, but some companies do it). They also didn't damage anything, which is something you should be grateful for these days.Review from Scott Scott

We chose Advanpro to do this new instal. We couldnt be happier. Barry & Nathan were courteous, professional, and did an excellent job. Cleaned up afterwards and took the time to explain the operation of the equipment. The price was very fair compared to the 3 other quotes we received. Highly recommend this company.Answer from pro:

Review left on 13 Feb 2024Rating: 5 out of 5Clean Air Ducts & VentsSaw a technician who espoused having 40 years of experience and who couldnt do it! Pat came from Advanpro and figured out a way to get it done. I got the most elaborate package for cleaning they had as I can only assume it hadnt been done in a while. The additional vents @ $14.95 was really high but its really how the costs rise by 100% compared to the cost of the package. Im glad it was done and glad I learned that it could be done. The last guy who still charged me $250 didnt clean the ducts and told me my furnace was going to die!!!Answer from pro:

Advanpro really came through! Steve and Todd were on the ball - Steve called ahead, giving me a heads-up about their early arrival. it was awesome to get the cleaning done sooner, and their courtesy in checking in was top-notch. They were super friendly and easy to work with. They tackled 14 ducts like pros. Todd even saved me some bucks by being honest about my furnace not needing extra filters.
