    Furnace and duct cleaning; service hot water tank

    Third time we've had Advanpro in over the last 4 years. Always arrive on time. Crew this year was Sam and Jeff. Courteous, careful, shared meaningful advice for our month to month steps and for future annual and bi-annual service.

    Furnace clean

    Arrived promptly and got to work cleaning furnace by Sam and Jordan. Said I needed a new thermocouple which I gave the go ahead for and I was to see the old one on completion. Never saw it but presume I have a new one in place. Is it a coincidence that my pilot light on the water heater does not light now?

    Furnace

    Furnace wasn't working, I called for a service Adam came to my house extremely professional and very friendly, fixed the problem did what he had to do and done. Amazing service

    Furnace Cleaning

    Sam and Greg were awesome. They were professional, and worked really quick and efficiently. Sam was especially pleasant to deal with and great at her job. Thanks a lot guys! we are breathing fresh air

    furnace tune up, duct cleaning

    job well done by Steve/Greg. Phoned on tome to apologize for a 20 minute delay, due to a previous "hell of a job". They worked fast and clean and gave some good info and advice

    furnace repair and cleaning

    Last week we found out that our furnace wasn't working so I called Advanpro to schedule a service call. Last Friday Steve and Peter came and changed some old parts then our furnace is working properly again. Steve recommanded furnace cleaning which was exactly what we needed (we haven't done it for almost three years!). Today Steve and Greg came for the cleaning. They finished all work in just one hour. Again we are extremely satisfied. Steve and his team are very professional and efficient. I will definitely call Advanpro again!

    Cleaning ducts.

    We had Jeff and Sam who cleaned our ducts and brushed our vents. They also checked our furnaces and did some inspection and cleaning. They kept us advised every step of the way on what was needed, and did a very professional job. Definitely will use this pair with this company again. ---Roger.

    furnace cleaning

    Emailed for service one day, Leo and Jordan were at my home at 8:00 the next morning. Extremely professional, efficient and very friendly. You can't beat this service or price. Call Advanpro first.

    Furnace Service

    When I tried to arrange the regular annual service of our furnace I was disappointed to hear that our previous service tech , Steve, was no longer at the company. I was however fortunate enough to track him down at Advanpro and he has just completed our annual maintenance and tune up again. We are extremely satisfied once more. He is punctual, courteous and, most importantly of all, seems to really know what he is doing.

    Furnace Repair

    The furnace at my rental property stopped working and we needed someone to come in and repair it quickly so our tenants weren't left without heat. I called a large furnace company first; the earliest they could come out was in 5 days(!). Then I called a second one; the earliest they could come out was the middle of next week! After seeing Advanpro's incredibly high rating on HomeStars (and 270 reviews - wow!) I called them and spoke to Michelle who assured she could have a technician out that same day. Orrin, the service technician called me shortly after to set up an appointment time, and promised to call and update that time if it changed. He ended up being half an hour ahead of schedule and called to make sure that was okay. He called again once he had diagnosed the problem and let me know the costs, then quickly repaired the problem and emailed me an invoice first thing the next day. Three hours from my initial phone call my furnace had been repaired and I experienced first class customer service from start to finish. I would highly recommend Advanpro to anyone after this incredibly positive experience. Thank you to Michelle and Orrin for making it so very easy for me to resolve my furnace problem!
