    Forced-air duct cleaning

    Kevin and Chris arrived ½ hour before the appointment time, and began to set-up for the service. In the past, duct cleaners would simply run a small vacuum hose from their truck (with those giant fingers protruding from the top) and suck dust from the various vents in the house – over and done in less than an hour. Not Advanpro - Kevin cut a hole in the hot air duct just above the furnace, attached a gigantic eight inch diameter vacuum hose from the back of their cube van, then proceeded to such dirt back into the furnace, and out to their truck. Meanwhile, Chris went around the house, removing grills, and blowing out the ducts with compressed air. The job took almost two hours. They were thorough, careful, and cleaned our furnace ducts like no one had ever done in the past. Thank you advanpro - we will never call anyone else for duct cleaning services!!! Art N. in Calgary

    Furnac, duct, flue cleaning

    I am so, so, Sooo, happy with my service . Steve and Sam came right on time and everything went so well and very professional... No surprises, everything right up front and I felt as though we knew each other for years rather than just an hour and a half. That is just how comfortable you made me feel. Thank you Steve and Sam and I hope to see you again the next time . My furnace thanks you too.

    Furnace Repair

    My furnace stopped providing heat over the weekend. I called 3 furnace repair companies, Advanpro was the only company to return my call. The tech arrived on time and was fast at repairing the furnace. the only way this could have been better is if the parts were free. Thank you Steve.

    Furnace

    I had requested a Technician to attend and look at my furnace to diagnose an issue I was having. Steve from Advanpro showed up on time, was professional in disposition and appearance and proceeded to efficiently diagnose the issue I was having. Not only did he take the time to help with the reason why I called, but he also entertained looking at other issues I brought to his attention. He was knowledgable and didn't try to push any unnecessary work or products on me. It's guys like this that give a company a real good reputation and attract clients. I would absolutely recommend this company!

    Duct Cleaning

    We did a major renovation on our home, which required a full duct and furnace cleaning following the renovation. ADVANPRO was recommended to us, and we were very happy with the service quality and value. We have since used them for subsequent cleanings. I would highly recommend them to anyone requiring furnace cleaning

    Furnace Cleaning

    Very friendly and not pushy in their correspondence. Explained the process well and actually gave us some good practical knowledge about our furnace. They let us know ahead of time that there would probably be additional cost to do the registers because based on the size of our house. Nice to know so it didn't come as a surprise. Highly recommended.

    Furnace Cleaning

    Kevin and Chris were professional and courteous with the furnace cleaning. They were very patient with all my questions and even provided a few tips. Would definitely use Advanpro again!

    Furnace cleaning and repair

    We had ADVANPRO out two years in a row to clean our ducts, vacuflo and furnace. Both times they have been excellent - prompt, polite, efficient, and knowledgeable. Kevin and Sam went above and beyond to make sure we were well taken care of, even calling the next day with extra information. When our furnace stopped working, I called ADVANPRO right away. They came out promptly to assess the problem and then sent a repairman so that our furnace problem was resolved in a few hours. A special shout out to Steve who came on short notice, fixed the problem quickly, and also offered explanations and information to help in our situation. I'm very impressed with ADVANPRO's customer service. And now my family has a warm house for the snowstorm expected tonight! Thank you Kevin, Sam, and Steve!!

    Furnace control board install

    Furnace started blowing cold air, the error code suggested a blown control board, which the tech confirmed. Suggested that we wait until work day to get a cheaper price. Control board was installed quickly, but the cost does not make sense. 79.00 to arrive, 99.00 to install, 100+ markup on controller board, so 300+ to show up with the right part on a weekday, no overtime charges. Questioning the cost of the part, we called the installer which told us the name of the store he used. The parts store (Enco) quoted us 237.00 for the part, a second HVAC store Avery, quoted us 168.00. So the installer picked the most expensive supplier for the part, told us it was 369.00 THEN added 100.00 mark up. Online of course the part is available for 160.00. The work was done, but the price is egregious even for Calgary.

    furnace vent cleaning

    Kevin and Peter were punctual, friendly, and courteous, immediately introducing themselves on arrival. Setup was quick and efficient. Work was completed with no problems or issues. They cleaned up after themselves very well.
