    Humidifier install and duct cleaning

    I have been suffering from a real bad cold and cough for about a week. Friday night/early saturday morning I could not breathe and was surfing my phont to see who I could call to possibly get a new humidifier in because the dryness was making things worse. I emailed Advanpro at 5 am (because I had used the company before and trusted them), I got a call back at 6! The rep told me that the only reason he called back this early was he saw my message had been sent early in the morning and I had requested urgent help. He said that he would dispatch someone with a new humidifier right away and a few hours later Kevin showed up. Kevin worked very diligently, installed the new unit, put in a new furnace filter for me and explained all the functionality of the humidifier to me. He answered all my questions very patiently and made sure that when he left the furnace room area was clean and organized. I have used Advanpro for duct cleaning services before and I remember they had never disappointed and they didnt this time either. Appreciate all your help!

    Furnace

    I am extremely impressed with ADVANPRO.Steve the service Tech was polite, knowledgeable the problem was quickly resolved.ADVANPRO was recommended to me who had only Great things to say. Would Recommend ADVANPRO to all. Thanks Steve

    Furnace Repair

    Our furnace started to struggle during the 2014 holiday season, just as the weather was starting to deteriorate...quickly. Brad from Advanpro went significantly beyond the call of duty, diagnosing the problem quickly and researching all alternatives available to us with the objective of getting our furnace working again as fast as possible. I don't write many reviews because I believe that most often they are simply validations of the service level we as consumers should expect from a service provider. In this case let me assure you that Brad's efforts on behalf of Advanpro were exceptional and as a result I would recommend he and this organization to anyone looking to be genuinely impressed with a service partner that makes you feel like your issue is the only one on their plate...even when you know for a fact that they are one of the busiest outfits in the city.     furnace repair

    Our furnace was only working intermittently and not able to meet the setting requested on the thermostat. It was -24 degrees outside at 10: p.m. and the house temperature kept dropping. Called Advanpro, reached Brad on the road and he came and fixed the problem that night for an affordable price. Very grateful!

    Furnace repair

    I am extremely impressed with Advanpro. Brad the service tech was knowledgeable, respectful, followed up and made suggestions. I appreciated his work and will absolutely contact Advanpro the next time I have furnace issues.

    Furnace Replacement

    I own multiple rental properties and when i had to choose a contractor to replace a furnace in one of my unit, i called 5 well respected contractor to get a quote. Finally, i choose Orrin with Advanpro to replace an old furnace. After completion of the first furnace, i hire him back to install 2 more furnace, a water heater, a bunch of duct work with it and 2 houses duct cleaning,... I felt that i was well guided choosing different product, price was fear and the quality of work was outstanding. Advandpro made my life easier and i am very happy with their work. Changing a furnace is a big investment. I am glad that Advanpro delivered exactly what i was expecting.

    Furnace Repair

    This past weekend just prior to Christmas, I was having intermittent issues with my furnace it wasn't always putting out the heat request of the thermostat. I had contacted 3 companies. One responded in a reasonable time, the other two companies didn't respond at all. Brad tried to diagnose it over the phone when he’d exhausted the possible easy fixes he came out to my home a few hours later. He was able to assess the problem although he wasn't able to fix the problem right away, because he needed specific parts. but on Monday they had my furnace up and running with the new parts. Orrin came and replaced the parts, changed the air filter and went over and above what they needed to do to get my furnace operating again. He had fabricated a new drainage pipe for the excess water that my furnace creates. It wasn't broken before he came but he saw that the original installation wasn't up to the standards he felt it should be. Between Brad and Orrin they did more than just do as little as they needed to get my furnace working, take my money and run… like another company I had... they took care of the original problem I called for and they did more by taking care of the drainage from my furnace to the floor drain which wasn't done with the proper materials in the original building process. If you are looking for a company that is knowledgeable and cares about the furnace problems you are having in a timely and fair price …. Advanpro is a company that will look after you. I’d highly recommend these guys to anyone I know that is looking for help with their furnace.

    Vent installation, duct and furnace cleaning

    We had just purchased a house recently and needed a couple vents installed for the furnace as well as a duct and furnace cleaning. We called a couple places and were advised that our job was too small to quote. Advanpro, however, was happy to come out and quote the job. They were on time, professional and reasonably priced. We were very happy with our service from Orrin, Lino and Chris. I will definitely be calling Advanpro again for any of our furnace needs.

    Furnace Repair

    Flame in my Lennox furnace wouldn't stay on today and the temperature dropped 10F at this freezing night. Left AdvanPro emergency line a msg at 8:22pm, got a call back at 8:35pm with clear cost estimation, service man (Brad) showed up at 10pm, fixed the furnace by replacing my old thermocouple to a newer model by 10:15pm. 10:35pm I am writing this review and is very warm and happy. Thank you so much Brad for the prompt service and advices! Reasonable price for evening service call+labour+parts ~= $300

    furnace and duct cleaning

    gas company shut off furnace as it was not safe had to be cleaned. Kevin and Alex came out within a couple hours and did a awesome job. Thank you Kevin and Alex you are both great at what you do would recommend these 2 men anytime to anyone
