    Furnace Cleaning

    An excellent job by Lee and Sam. They called to ask if they could come early and it worked out. They did a thorough job and took the time to explain how to clean some permanent filters I had sitting around. I felt that they were honest and I would recommend them without hesitation.

    Furnace and duct cleaning

    Lee and Sam were punctual, very efficient, and helpful, and very pleasant. They did a great job, no mess, and gave good advice on where to get the filters we needed. We would definitely recommend Advanpro to others.

    Furnace cleaning and repairs

    I had Advanpro come and clean my furnace and ducts yesterday and am so happy that I chose to go with them! They were upfront about the pricing, they were careful to not make a mess in my house and they obviously knew what they were doing. I will be recommending them to all my friends and family.

    Duct Cleaning

    Thanks to the guys from Advanpro for coming in and doing my furnace and ducts. My wife and I had recently moved into an older house and weren't too sure about the air quality of the home. However, the guys were able to show us the amount of dirt removed from the house and how to maintain it for the future in a punctual, kind, and polite manner. Cheers to you guys and have a Merry Christmas!

    Furnace cleaning and maintenance

    Yes, furnace cleaners in Calgary make more than a physician! $650 for 1.75 hours of work. And amazingly this did not include the cleaning of my permanent filters. I was told I had to do that myself. Also wasn't too happy about the huge dirty hose that was brought into the house all over my newly cleaned carpets, taken through the window of my son's room and on his bed! When I asked the service person why he doesn't cover all the vents when he is spraying the dust out he said "they're not connected." Wow. The vents are not connected? That's exactly what they are! I also asked for a furnace tune up, and I'm not sure that anything was actually done to my furnace. The service person did not even know it was on the work order so I didn't have much faith that he was qualified to do this. I didn't see a tool kit with oil or tools. I phoned around to different places and this company was slightly cheaper than some of the others. But my gosh, Calgarians, why do we continue to support businesses like this that charge exorbitant prices?! I'm also pretty sure that the actual employees aren't seeing much of that $650.

Customer satisfaction is very important to us so of course we were very disappointed to see this type of review. As you stated we are competitively priced and upfront about our pricing. We have top of the line equipment and well trained staff (who earn a good wage working for us). We are a Calgary based company who strive to do the best job possible, at the best rate possible and we do appreciate our customers and are extremely grateful that we do receive much of our business through word of mouth and repeat customers.

    Furnace Replacement

    Excellent job by Advanpro. We had Orrin for our furnaces, humidifier and filtration system installation, fantastic job overall. He was very polite and hard worker. The completed job came within 8 h. He did a great job cleaning at the end. All necessary information was given at the end and answered all questions. Good value for product and service compared to other quotes we received while researching. I would highly recommend Advanpro to others, and use again in future. Thanks Orrin!

    furnace motor replacment

    wow! this is one responsive company....i had a furnace motor die i called the number and with in a half an hour Steve was at the door and he got the furnace up and running in about 30-40 mins....not even enough time to put on a sweater. Thanks Steve and will use your services again

    Furance & Duct Cleaning

    On Nov 6th Peter & Jeff did a complete clean of my furnace and ducts. They were very prompt, knowledgeable and efficient. They took the time to do the job right!!! My husband and I are very, very satisfied with the results, service and clean furnace/ducts. Thank you Peter & Jeff and Thank you Advanpro!

    Duct & Furnace Cleaning

    Jason and Ed were very friendly, polite, and informative. They called the day before to confirm the appointment and also called to let us know they could come earlier than anticipated. I will use them again and would highly recommend their service.

    Service & clean furnace

    Chris & Sam were the technicians on this service. They were both courteous & efficient. I am completely satisfied with the work & would recommend Advanpro. The price was exactly as quoted.
