Mr Heat was fantastic, they were prompt with their quote and delivery. The installation was quick, and professional, and looks great. They also reference a general contractor to help complete the installation with a mantel and custom shelving/cabinets to compliment the new fireplace. We are still in progress but I will post a photo on completion.

Just because I’m so grateful year after year. I likely left a review each time. But I’m actually leaving a review because I’m in my basement in a heatwave during this pandemic and I know my AC or furnace is something I never have to worry about. Sometimes over the years we have had problems and he sourced our parts efficiently and for the best price he could find. What can I say. There are plenty of things to be concerned about but I can (and have) recommend Mr. Heat without reservation. My friends who took me up on it were pleased.

I scheduled a gas fireplace cleaning and safety for a unit in an older home I bought, but had not yet used. Nima was very friendly and thorough in the cleaning, and the fireplace now looks great! He even went the extra mile to paint the top grate, as it had been accidentally sprayed with white paint when new drywall was done. Nima answered all of my questions and took the time to explain things to me. While at the furnace, he noticed that my humidifier was not working properly and took the time to repair it immediately. I could not be more impressed. Amazing service, knowledgeable and professional. I would highly recommend.

The cleaning of the first fireplace was good, however not flawless, there are some dust left, like when you sweep and leave a trail behind.. The second was not turning on and they called me to explain the problem and share the repair price. Although it was more expensive than I thought, both fireplaces are working fine. I recommend.

Our pilot light went out and I couldn’t restart it myself. Posted to Homestars and Mr. Heat responded right away. Great communications, technician came right on time and was fantastic. Quickly dealt with problem and gave the unit a quick service and evaluation. Even played with the dog. Will definitely call the Mr. Heat team again.

The techcian from Mr Heat was the 3rd techncian from 3 different companies that tried to repair my gas fireplace. Happy to say that the 3rd technician(from Mr Heat)was able to correct the problem which related to replacing the interrupter. I should add that the technician provided information on the proper use of the fireplace.

I live in a condo, and tried to contact some other companies, and most said no. After I sent to circuit to Mr.Heat, and they said its doable. The technician came and solved the problem quick and professional. No doubt a 10 out of 10.

Our gas fireplace wouldn't work and we'd had another quote for over $1000 to fix it. Mr. Heat was great, he took the time to contact the manufacturer and found it was just a back up battery in the control unit saving us a huge repair bill that wouldn't have even fixed the problem.

Our gas fireplace stopped working. We do not use it often. After checking that it was not a fuse, we contacted Mr. Heat Mechanical. They were able to send a technician from their offices in Richmond Hill that morning. He (Nima) came and confirmed that it was a power issue which he managed to quickly fix. He also showed us how to maintain the fireplace (cleaning, dust, etc.). We were very pleased with the prompt and inexpensive service.
