We had a challenge with our gas fire place and did not work a few years ago. I started to search and a few technicians came and gave us a quote. Some of them said we need to change the whole system and some of the price was not reasonable. Then Mr. Heat (Nima) came to give us a quote. Nima provided us with the more comprehensive quote with a few options and reasoning as to why one is better than the other. Nima changed a part that needed to be replaced. So, one year after that our hot water was not working, I called Nima again without any hesitation or search. He came and explained everything for us, gave us some options with the full transparency. The day of installation Nima and team were very thorough and straightforward, very easy to work with and very much appreciated. Nima respect your availability and try to work with you not the way around. One year later our Air -conditioner was not working, I was very pleased that I don’t need to search. I know one name and that is Nima. I called again and with the same way that he is always. Even though we trust him, he feels responsible to spend the time with you and go over your options and give you time to think. As I said, Nima is very professional, knowledgeable and very personable, returned call promptly and provide the high quality of work with the reasonable price. Thank you Nima and the team.

We were serviced by this company (Nima) a few times, one for air conditioning maintenance and to fix our pilot light on our fireplace. On each occasion Nima was very professional, knowledgeable and very personable. At the time when he provided the maintenance on our air conditioner I requested a quote to replace it, including our furnace. We didn’t proceed with replacement of our air conditioner until this year. What I found was the quote provided multiple options in a very easy to understand format and there was no sales pitch. He simply followed through providing us with the information and if we had questions he responded promptly. The day of installation Nima and team were very thorough and straightforward, very easy to work with and very much appreciated. I would use their services again due to their great workmanship, but more importantly because of Nima’s professionalism and being very personable. Many thanks and very much appreciated!

Nima is great! Always responsive and honest. He installed a furnace humidifier last winter and also cleared a drain that was blocked causing my furnace to leak. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend him for any job, big or small!

Nima and his team are amazing! Our hot water heater stopped working and after calling around for quotes, we finally found Mr. Heat Mechanical. By the time I spoke with Nima we had been without hot water and heat (since we have a hydronic system) for two days. We were very thankful that he fit us in that same day to come and look at our system and make a recommendation for a new heater. We purchased a new tank on the spot and he was able to come back less than 48 hours later to install it, which was just in time for us to have hot water and heat again for the weekend. We were very happy with the customer service and honesty/transparency with regards to what we actually needed to make our system function properly. We will likely need to replace our air handler with a furnace at some point and we will definitely be giving Nima a call. Thank you again!!

I had a fireplace installed in my home a number of years ago, but never turn it on or had it operating. With the colder temperatures recently I decided it was time to put it to work and couldn't get it to go. One call to Mr. Heat and Nima was there in the next day. Not only did he get the fireplace repaired very quickly, he explained and gave me tips on everything he was doing and what I should do for the future. Very reliable and honest workmanship. I would have no problem recommending them to anyone for any of there HVAC needs. They will be my first call for any of my future heating and air conditioning need. Thanks guys

We had Nima look at our gas fireplace which wouldn't ignite. He diagnosed the problem within 5 minutes, ordered the part, installed a few days later and all is well. I mentioned I had to replace my furnace and air conditioner and Nima said he would be interested when we were ready. Two months later we sought quotes from multiple companies and Nima provided us with the more comprehensive quote with a few options and reasoning as to why one is better than the other. In the end his quote for service was much less expensive than the others. Nima also committed to replacing the plastic vent pipes without cutting open my ceiling which the other companies would not agree to. Very happy with the quality, timeliness and overall experience with Mr Heat and Nima and his crew.

I purchased recently a new furnace from Mr Heat Mechanical. I did researched prices and I can say they have some of the best prices out there. Nima and his team did a great job installing the new furnace. He also answered promptly and installed a new water tank on a very short notice. Next on my list is an AC unit. So far both installed systems are working great. I liked Nima’s honest, common sense approach and the fact that he does his job very professionally. I do hope this will stay the same in future as I am planning to be a customer for a long time.

Mr.Heat Mechanical technician arrived promptly and assessed the situation. He immediately recognized that it was not the furnace but the humidifier attached to my furnace. I was very thankful and he would not accept payment for the quick visit. I will certainly call them again when I need maintenance, repairs or a new furnace. I called Mr. Heat Mechanical because my fireplace would not stay lit. Nima got back to me in minutes and even came the same day! He quickly fixed the problem, explained the cause, and showed me what to do and not do to ensure smooth operation - he even cleaned both sides of the glass on my fireplace! I would recommend Mr. Heat Mechanical without hesitation.

Nima arrived promptly, replaced the pilot assembly and installed the remote control in an hour. Very happy with Mr. Heat's service standards, including taking the garbage back to the shop to recycle the metal parts.
