For my first call to Invisible Screens they were proactive, friendly and professional. I could not be happier with the product and service. The screens I needed had to be custom which was not a problem for Invisible Screens. The turn around time to manufacture and install was commendable and the installers were quick and very tidy. There were many colours of metal to choose from which allowed for a perfect match for my painted house trim colour. A nice plus is that the aluminum product that this company uses is made in Canada which allows for greater manufacturing flexibility. Very professional service right from responding to my phone message, to reviewing product options and measurement to the installation. I particularly valued the contact to update me on installation time and the fact that the installer (Quinton) returned the following day as promised, to complete the installation.

I decided to go with Invisible Screens for two main reasons...made in Canada and turnaround time for install. I was given an install estimate of 2 weeks...which ended up being 4 weeks. Aside from a longer than expected installation turnaround, for the cost, the quality of the product is premium, I had the option of paying an upcharge for "pet mesh" screen which we did purchase. You can see the quality in the product, the frame is sturdy and the finishes compliment our home.

I have to say I was a little sceptical about getting the quote over the phone and then having to sign off on the job after the initial measuring visit but I was left very impressed. The installer was efficient and thoughtful in his execution and the screens are amazing. I would not hesitate to recommend or use this company again.

We hired Invisible Screens to install a retractable screen on our balcony french doors. The whole process from start to finish was very professional and took less then 2 weeks to have our screens installed. I recommend them to anyone looking for a great solution if you don't have screens on your french/garden doors.

Invisible Screens Canada provided impeccable service and a great deal on the sale and installation of my new, very cool, retractable screen door. I would highly recommend Invisible Screens to any condo owner. Their product is a huge upgrade to any condo and a very unique and environmentally friendly way, to allow fresh air in, while keeping those spring time fly’s and balcony bugs out.

Met them at the Home Show. Saw another company similar to I.S.C but preferred I.S.C for their product, friendliness and knowledge. They came right on time and worked through my challenging door frame area without a problem. I love my new retractable screens and can now enjoy the fresh air with no bugs!! I highly recommend I.S.C.

Just like the majority of customers who posted their reviews, I found this company and their product to be superb in all respects. During a very busy time of year for them, they promised and more importantly, delivered their product as promised just two weeks from the order date. In addition they were most accommodating in setting up an installation time that was convenient for me. The screen itself is not only a wonderful convenience on a door that previously could not take a screen, but it looks very nice as well. I won't hesitate to use this company again and would highly recommend it.

This company responded to my online inquiry within 24h. They came to provide a quote shortly thereafter. They delivered and installed within the timeframe promised. They were friendly,respectful and did what they promised to do when they promised to do it. No hassle. Unusual in my recent experience with trades. Very satisfied.

The entire process was professional and easy. I saw screens in my local Costco but they were "do it yourself". I searched using Google, found Invisible Screens and called. HE came out the following week to explain how the screens worked, measured and provided me with an estimate. Two weeks later my screens were installed and they look amazing! And the screens are of way better quality than those at Costco!
