I saw them at the Toronto home show and liked the fact that the sliding door closed slower. They came to install, but when it was finished the screen door didn't close slowly. I was told that I needed to get a speed reducer. I was never told that this was an option. I talked to the company and they decided to come back and install it for me. I was very happy that they were willing to make me happy. The installation went well and it looks great. The installer also cleaned up after he finished.

We needed new screens to replace the old slider on our french doors leading out to the garden. I did the research and contacted the 3 or 4 companies offering what we wanted - retractable screens - and Invisible Screens came out on top. Prompt response, competitive price and good reviews on the product on the web. The install was well done and courteous and we're very happy with the result.

Just had Invisible Screens Canada install retractable screens for our french doors. We like the Slow Close feature. A must have if you have small kids. Installation was quick and clean. Part of the reason we choose Invisible Screens is because the product is made in Canada and you can really tell the difference in quality from others on the market. Great product and service.

Overall an excellent experience dealing with this company. Alan and the installer were both very professional - arriving on time etc. The installer did an excellent job, cleaned up and took the time to explain the workings of the screen to me. The screen itself is excellent quality. Can't wait for the summer to use it.

The invisible screen was installed professionally and quickly. It looks good and works well. Now I can enjoy the fresh air coming through the front door. I am glad I added the 'no slam' option which helps the screen return slowly when it's not needed. The clean up after the job was first rate. Would not hesitate to recommend the Co. to my friends and neighbours.

My French doors came without a screen and I wanted something that I could installed that would allow me to open both doors and have an unobstructed view of the wood lot in the back. I contacted Invisible Screens after reading reviews on different companies. Alan came in and offered me advice on the best product for my needs. The screen was promptly installed 3 weeks later. We had a small problem a couple of months later as the screen was not retracting properly on one side. We contacted Alan and he came in and fixed the problem. He also showed us how to keep everything clean so that the screen works smoothly. We are really happy with our beautiful screen. Best decision ever!

Our builder never installed screens on our back doors so we were looking for a solution and found Invisible Screens on Homestars. The quality, service and price were better then other retractable screen we saw. Installation was quick, clean and professional. Overall great experience.

We had a problem with our door initially because it did not have the "speed reducer" which prevents it from slamming when it opens. Apparently you have to be very explicit when you order this door to make sure that this feature is included which is only an extra $34. Alin came out and was able to add that feature in for us. Thank you again!

The screens were installed quickly, with no mess and look absolutely amazing! We are very pleased with the appearance and the unobstructed view of our back garden. We would definitely recommend this company.
