I wish I had known about Piano inside sooner! I recently had a piano moved to my house by a moving company and then found piano inside for tuning and realized I could have saved money if I had moved the piano with piano inside instead. I am very happy with the tuning as well. It was a very informative and quick service. Under an hour for a piano that hasn't been tuned in over a decade. Thank you! I will definitely be using piano inside again for my annual tuning from now on!

Had James initially move a piano to my home. A year later he came and repaired and tuned our piano. Completely satisfied with the level of service. Responded to emails quickly. Would recommend.

The booking procedure was easy, and I received a quote for a decent price soon. However, when I sent another email with a couple of questions I received no reply. On the day of the move no one arrived to pick up the piano. I had to leave a meeting at work to call James, who said that he accidentally wrote the wrong date in his calendar (!). We rebooked for later that day -- pickup at 2pm instead of 9am (luckily the people at the house of the pickup could have waited this long), drop-off at 4pm. They arrived only at 3pm, but delivered the piano at 4pm. When they arrived, with the piano and and a couple of more pieces that were in the delivery, one of the extra pieces fell on the keyboard (not on the fallboard!) -- luckily the piano wasn't damaged, but apparently they did not check whether the fallboard was opened during the drive before putting more stuff on the piano. To sum it up -- the piano arrived safely, but although it was the simplest piano moving I had to book in my life (in terms of stairs, weight, etc.), it was least professional one.

James and his assistants were on time and moved both a piano and organ safely and professionally. I will definitely call him when the recommended month passes, to have the piano tuned. I will also ask for his assistance on determining what needs to be done to optimize the organ (it has not been played for years and is making quite a noise when the switch is turned on). I would not hesitate to recommend James to others.

Called James to get a quote on moving my piano based on the Homestar reviews. Price seemed very reasonable and he was able to book the appointment within the week. On moving day he showed up on time and got the job done very quickly. Our piano was treated very well and we've had no problems since the move. Would highly recommend.

James and team were fast, efficient and able to accommodate on short notice. From initial contact to scheduling the pick up and delivery, everything went smoothly and the move was completed within an hour! Great service.

We inherited my husband's belated grandfather straight antic piano, a massive hardwood Berliner from 1800. The guys had to push it up 2 levels of straight stairs, and to say the least it was painful, but they did it greatly (I thought there would be some sort of tracting machines...) and we're really greatful ! Great experience, super happy with having it home.
