    Piano Move

James was very professional from the moment I contacted him to the day he moved my piano. He and his crew were efficient and I appreciated James' "calm demeanor" considering my husband and I were late (pressure and glitches during our moving day) getting to the piano's location. No need to look at his competitors. James and his team trumps them in prices and services. I plan to use Piano Inside again to get my piano tuned.

    Answer from pro:

we spare 2 hours per each moving. so that we can catch up next moving just in case something. you were only late 15 min and we somtimes late more than that haha! so don't mention it and have a good day. see you in the future!

    Piano and Furniture Move

I hired PianoInside to move a piano and sofa set and was happy with the moving service provided by James and his team. They arrived a little late due to an address mix up but once they started their work, I can see they are quite experienced and took care to protect the piano. They used mats to protect the floors but it appeared there was some difficulty judging where the narrow mats were while moving the piano. A suggestion would be to use wider mats to accommodate the piano and movers. Overall, I am very satisfied with the high quality service provided.

    Answer from pro:

i forgot to input your postal code. not just address alone. sorry about the latency today and i will always put both of them from now on. thank you again for your honest review also i well do the shopping if there are any wider mats on the market. see you later for the tuning!

    Piano Moving

James and crews are very timely, excellent and very careful. He even saved our money by quickly checking the piano and advised us that it was not necessary to tune at this time.

    Answer from pro:

as a piano tuner and technician over 15 years experience. i can guarantee most precise advice about the piano condition. if the moving was canceled by my free appraisal on site by buyer's request. i charge half of the moving fee to compensate our time and effort. even though, our clients could save a couple of hundred dollars if they didn't cancel it, they had to spend money for purchasing, moving, calling tuner, and pay for the disposal.it is just a miserable experience that can be happened when someone can purchase a used piano. I'm so happy that I could do the right thing even though it gives less income to myself. my standard is that if the value of the piano is less than the cost of repair. usually i give a warning sign to the buyer so that they can get a chance to reconsider their decision. I consider that is part of my obligation when serving in this business area. and im very proud of it.

    Piano Moving

James and his crew are fantastic. My calls were answered promptly, and I was able to schedule moving a piano within a week, unlike 4 weeks+ quoted by other, top-rated companies. Highly recommended!

Move of a Piano from one residence to another

James of PianoInside and his two employees, moved this antique Piano which has been in the family for 3 generations from my daughter's house to mine on November 3, 2015. The move was done with care for the instrument and was moved into space difficult to access in my home with great attention given to moving the piano safely. James and his employees were courteous throughout the move. I plan to have James tune this instrument in the near future

    Answer from pro:

Thank you very much for your precious review. We will serve you better next time and see you later for the piano tuning
