    Duct Cleaning

    This was the first time cleaning our air ducts and was lucky enough to have Alex referred to us. The service was exceptional and highly recommend! Alex provided a quote over the phone and explained in great detail all that needed to be done while at the same time answering all our questions. He did a great job, very professional, honest, courteous of our home and provided before and after pictures. Will definitely be using Stronghouse again!

    Overdue Duct Cleaning in an Older Home

    After years of being accosted by telemarketers calling almost weekly from far away countries, I finally decided that maybe it was a good idea to get the ducts cleaned in a 60+ year-old rental home I've owned for 15 years. I reached out through Homestars and promptly received about 5 follow-up messages. Alex, from Stronghold Inc., was the vendor I selected. He took the time to get in touch with me directly to learn about the rental home. His price, though not the least expensive, was better than most of the other estimates but the quality of the communications was the real difference. The excellent, courteous communications, including providing photos via SMS, continued when Alex arrived at the home and as he was performing the work. He provided great advice regarding how to properly maintain the furnace to avoid potential problems in the future. The tenant was also very pleased with how Alex conducted himself. I wish it was always this easy to find excellent contractors to provide home services.

    Duct Cleaning & AC cleaning

    The contractor provided great detail, answered questions and also wore PPE for the duration of the job.

    Duct Cleaning After Renos

    We had our ducts cleaned after major home renovations. The house smelt great when Andrew was done! The dryer vent was a fire waiting to happen (from previous owner) and I was shocked at how much came out of that vent! The honesty of Andrew was also a pleasant surprise. Afew days after the service Andrew called saying he’d accidentally overcharged, apologized and refunded my money. Thanks Stronghouse Inc. for a job well done!

    Duct cleaning

    Excellent work professionally done by Mr. Alex. He is very humble and honest person. He came in time. I was watching his work and his work was totally satisfactory. I recommend his services.

    Duct cleaning

    Alex cleaned my registers, ducts, air returns, bathroom fans, and dryer vent. He worked cleanly and always checked with us before moving anything. He also explained all the work he did (with photos) and gave us some tips on keeping our house clean. He also cleaned out our furnace and air conditioner coils after we had a lot of sanding and other dusty work done in the house. Our furnace blower looks like new after he finished cleaning!

    Awesome Service

    Alex provided my family and I with fantastic service. He was professional, knowledgeable, honest, and fair. My wife and I feel so much better knowing that Alex was here to clean our ducts, furnace, and a/c. We feel like we can breathe easier, and most importantly, feel like our little guy (9 months old) can, too. Highly recommended!

    Duct Cleaning

    Alex was amazing to work with, he showed me everything along the way. He suggested cleaning the furnace and AC, after showing me how dirty they were. After telling Alex how many times I changed my furnace filter as were a house with two dogs he suggested a permanent filter. He was super knowledgeable and friendly. He answered all my questions he was fast and efficient. He left my house so tidy, you couldn’t event tell he was in there with his equipment. He followed all COVID protocols was super professional. I highly recommend Alex for your duct cleaning. Immediately I noticed a change in our house air quality as you can see in the pictures we were long over due. Excellent quality and work done. We will be referring him to all our family and friends.
