    Duct cleaning service

    Had stronghouse come in to do the air duct cleaning after a huge renovation. Alex was very patient with all the large debris found in the vents and removed all the large pieces by hand and then power scrubbed them to a shine! Great job!

    Full furnace and duct cleaning

    Full cleaning of furnace and duct cleaning. Sanitized areas requested and cleaned dryer vent. Excellent service. Alex was very professional and personable. I would recommend them to anyone looking for the best.

    Air Duct Cleaning

    Set an appointment to have the air ducts cleaned by StrongHouse. Technicians came in and reviewed all the work required and showed me trouble areas in my furnace. I had them clear up the issue and they provided me with a digital picture and 90 money back guarantee. I was so pleased with their service and reasonable rates I had them clean the air system at my moms home the same day. Keep up the great work!

    DUCT AND DRYER SERVICE

    Wonderful work! Alex arrived at the time he had promised and even called 15 minutes prior to him arriving! I was most impressed with the amount of lint they removed from my dryer... I can do my laundry again!

    Complete Duct and Air System Cleaning

    Service was great! Technician was courteous and took the time to explain all services and recommendations that were made. They provided before and after digital pictures of the Furnace and Air Conditioner service and even offered to return with a new HEPA filter I purchased and install it at no charge! Great group of guys. Will keep in touch.

    Duct Cleaning

    We had recently bought a home that is almost 20 years old and found that the Air Ducts were never cleaned. Alex and his crew immediatley idenified air flow problems and corrected immediately at no extra charge. We were also given before and after pictures of all the work performed. I couldn't believe the dirt and debris that was removed from the ductwork. It is quite refreshing to see a company that has great pride in their work. We will definitely have them back again.

    Strong House: Duct cleaning of my house by Alex

    Stronghouse by Alex: Lousy service, slick and unprofessional business transaction. He charged me double the advertisement, and did not complete the work properly. That was a shame, a business transaction that I do not recommend to any PS. They are not part of Air medic, oanother improper and unsthical statement

    It has been 2 long years from this posting, and unfortunately it is only until now that we became aware of these claims. Please understand that it is nearly impossible to "double charge" any customer that is not willing to pay for a service. There are many security safeguards from all major credit card companies that would not allow for such transactions. In addition we have no documentation of any work provided for you and would have been happy to discuss any concerns at the time of service if any were provided. Finally and most importantly is that StrongHouse is a Division of Air Medic Duct Cleaning Ltd. With this in mind I strongly believe you have written a review for the wrong company. We wish you the best of luck and do apologies on our industries behalf for any negative experience you may have had.

    Duct Cleaning

    I made an appointment with these guys for duct cleaning service. First of all they charged me double in compare to what they were advertised in the ads or on their website. I remember I asked them what is the guarantee of your job. They said " if something we missed or forgot call us back and we will come and do it for you again" after they left and I paid the money to them I realized that they forgot to clean up some of the vents in my basement. This was the case that I asked them two times "did you clean all of them?". and the answer was yes. After that I called them several times to come and clean up the vents in my basement. They never showed up. in my belief, these guys from stronghouse are crap. They charge you more than expected and do not provide a good service at all.

In this situation the additional charges were for additional service rendered for the homeowner. These additional service were recommended at time of service with an estimate and customer authorization prior to completion. I'm not sure if this is a simple case of buyers remorse however we can not reverse a service once it is provided. In regards to your basement vents, they were not cleaned once but twice as requested. It is in our professional opinion that the air duct were cleaned 100% and a third cleaning was not required. I do apologize if there has been some sort of misunderstanding but we do stand behind all our services and extend a 90 day money back guarantee. In this case we do believe that the air system was cleaned to industry specification.

    Duct cleaning

    Based on an advertisement for all-inclusive duct cleaning, we made an appointment. I told them we only wanted the services included in the advertisement, but Stronghouse nevertheless "upsold" my wife a "furnace cleaning" package that consisted of opening the front panel to our BRAND NEW furnace and sticking a vacuum hose in (something I do myself all the time). When I pointed out that this was ludicrous, they were chagrined enough to give me a "deal" for this useless additional service. Still, a complete waste of $40. They also managed to dent one of the metal grates covering an air return so badly that it needs to be replaced. Not impressed. I asked one of the technicians if he could fix or replace the damaged grate, and he managed to slip away and ignore the issue. Nice enough guys, I just wish they had a bit more integrity when it comes to their treatment of customers.

    Your company has been servicing my house for 10 years and I have been very pleased with the quality and fair price for your services.
