Called for duct cleaning. Alex was efficient and professional. House smelt fresh afterwards, wife was very pleased. I would defiantly recommend Alex to anyone who would want the same service.

Alex was wonderful to work with. He was very responsive and did a phenomenal job on our house. He ensured we were aware of everything that was happening, and was diligent with his work. Alex completed a full duct cleaning, as well as furnace and air conditioning services. It was a great peace of mind knowing he was so detail oriented, and was treating our home like his own. I was looking for someone to clean ducts, but quickly realized after many other company quotes that they quote low and then add on for every vent and other small extras. Alex gave me a quote that included everything I wanted, even the bathroom and dryer vents. And he did so without any additional cost. Once here we saw that our AC and Furnace also needed maintenance and he agreed to do so and charged us a very reasonable rate . So happy we did that because there was already rusting and leaking and we would have not caught this had it not been for his expertise and proactivity. Alex was very informative and was very careful with keeping all COVID 19 codes and precautions.

We used Strong House today for cleaning our ducts and dryer vent. We recently moved into our home (3 days prior to using Strong House) and it became clear very quickly that the previous owners had done no maintenance in the decade plus that they lived here. Upon seeing how packed with lint the dryer vent hood was outside, we knew we needed someone to come clean it ASAP! We decided to do the ducts too, since if the owners didn't keep this clean, they probably didn't do much else. I put a request for a technician through Homestars and not 5 minutes later, Alex gave me a call to introduce himself and his company and discuss how he could help. He was incredibly thorough, listened carefully to my concerns and answered all my questions. As a woman, I find I routinely get my concerns and questions waved off by male technicians of all kinds, so it was wonderful to have someone actually listen to me and hear what I was saying. He was able to accommodate us the very next day after moving around his busy schedule. (I was honestly afraid to even use the dryer after seeing the vent and with a newborn baby, not having a dryer is an awful situation to be in.) Instead of not caring, Alex went out of his way to help. He showed up on time, fully prepared and ready to go. He explained everything he would do beforehand and checked in with us periodically as he went to give us an update. This is the best part - our furnace was making a lot of noise when running the fan and would shut off on its own. Our home inspector at the time of purchase said we would likely need to replace the furnace before the next winter (it was 17 years old). Alex took a look inside the furnace and found an old filter that had been left inside and crushed up against the motor for who knows how long. When he pulled it out, it was absolutely black with dirt. We talked about it and decided to go ahead with a furnace and AC service at the same time of the duct cleaning. The amount of dust and debris and clogs that Alex found was incredible. Had he not been so thorough with checking the furnace in his routine duct cleaning, we would never have found these issues that even our home inspector missed. Now the furnace barely makes any noise and we can probably get at least a 2 or 3 more years out of it. Alex literally saved us from having to make a huge purchase right out of the gate of buying a new house, not to mention the safety hazard that the furnace posed that we had no idea about. I would absolutely recommend Alex and Strong House for any duct/HVAC/dryer cleaning and servicing and we will be using them for all future maintenance with our units. It was an absolute pleasure to work with him today!

We bought a 21 year old house and did some major renovations. We wanted to have the duct work cleaned after the renovations were completed. I looked for a local company and found StrongHouse. I called to ask for a quote and found Alex to be very professional on the phone. He explained the whole process in great detail including why the way he does things is best. He told me that he doesn't charge per hot/cold vent and quoted a flat fee for my 2100 sqft house. He came in a full hazmat suit and did an excellent job. While here he inspected my furnace and AC. It looked like it had never been cleaned or serviced. He gave me a quote on the spot and I accepted. One of the drain pipes was very clogged up and he cleaned it right out. He also gave me tips on maintaining the filter and we discussed system upgrades he can do, such as installing a humidifier. I'm very happy with Alex's work and will be hiring him again for annual maintenance of our HVAC system.

Very good, professional, reliable and courteous. We needed the air duct cleaning at our rental home and Alex from StrongHouse answered our request. We were able to schedule the appointment at our tenants convenience. The whole process was very easy and fast, from the first phone call to the completion of work. Very satisfied! Strongly recommended to anyone.
