I got quotes from 3 different masons and right away Straight Up stood out from the crowd. The quote was reasonable and Tony struck me as someone I could trust. The crew were courteous, respectful, prompt and communicated very well. They did a great job! I have a 100 year old house and was surprised how well they problem solved. I recommend Straight Up and will have them back.

We had Straight Up Masonry remove an old brick window sill and replace it with a limestone slab, as well as do some tuckpointing on our older Toronto semi. From initial contact to the post-work follow-up, the entire team were a pleasure to deal with. Fair price (lowest of three quotes we received), excellent communication from Tony and Crystal throughout the process, the crew were personable, professional and incredibly neat, and we were very happy with the results. Can't really ask for anything more. We will not hesitate to use Straight Up for any future projects that may arise.

Straight Up Masonry was a pleasure to work with. Unlike 99% of contractors, they kept us in the loop at every step. We knew when they'd arrive (and they did) the time and what work was going to be done that day. They were the most courteous workers we've ever used, and we just finished a major 18-month entire house reno with lots of trades involved. The guys cleaned up after their work and at the end walked us through everything they had done. We recommend them without any hesitation!

Straight up Masonry recently repaired the bottom of our chimney stack and some brick work at the side of our house and we couldn’t be more pleased with the end result. Tony and Crystal and their crew are a pleasure to work with and really take pride in their workmanship. From getting a quote right through to showing up and completing the job they are very easy to work with. Will definitely work with them on future projects and wouldn’t hesitate to recommend them anyone.

We had two brick columns supporting our porch replaced by Tony and his crew. This included pouring new footings for each of the columns which had deteriorated. The whole team at Straight Up Masonry is thorough, professional, and very easy to work with. I wouldn't hesitate to work with them again.

Tony, Crystal, Kevin, and the whole team were a pleasure to work with. Tony recommended a cost-effective option, and was patient and clear when answering questions and looking over multiple areas for repairs needed. Everthing turned out better than expected and was hassle free. When I asked them to fix a minor detail, they responded and fixed it very promptly. Response time, attention to detail, and work quality were all excellent, and it's a bonus that they're such nice people.

These guys are awesome. They came and extended my chimney and did a great job matching the old stone. They were quick and pleasant to work with! I would definitely use them on future projects and being an interior designer, they are a valuable resource for my company.

Our chimney was beyond repair and needed to be rebuilt. Tony gave us an estimate which, compared with several others, was fair. As well, they were recommended by another masonry company that we contacted for an estimate but could not do the job because it was too small. The crew arrived on time and completed the work in half a day. They used scaffolding and laid down tarp around the chimney to prevent damage to the shingles. They came back in a few days (without being reminded) to reattach the flashing and complete the job. The site was cleaned and cleared of any debris and the work was done professionally. Very happy with the results.

Removed cement window sills and replaced. Was prompt in service and completed job in half a day. Cleaned up afterwards and were very friendly. Very professional.
