HI Andrei , thank you for taking the time to do a review . I must say that the mirror issue you talk about is most certainly MY mistake . When my measuring fellow came to your home , you had requested that we make a mirror , and because we don't do that I should have just said NO , but since my measuring man was at your home I did not want to possibly forfeit the time he had spent measuring your shower so I called a friend of mine that makes mirror and sourced it for you . The first mirror came back with a small blemish on it so instead of providing it to you I re-ordered a new one , and this took longer. I did phone you and make arrangements to drive it to your home even though we were not going in that area that morning . I am very sorry that you are unhappy with our service and found us OK , this is one of those classic times where going above and beyond "providing something we don't even stock to help a customer" bounced back in my face. I have learned a valuable lesson from this whole experience . So in answer to your question " why we committed in the begining " ,... we committed in an effort to go above and beyond and make you happy , If the mirror had not been blemished and on time you would have written something quite different I imagine .Thanks again for you input.
