I used Viktoria movers back in 2013. I thought they were ok at the time, but it wasn't until I moved again in 2015 and made the mistake of using another mover that I realized how much I appreciated Viktoria's service. The movers didn't arrive on time and about 15 minutes after arriving, they took a break! The truck was also delayed between the pick-up and the drop-off because it was pulled over by police for about an hour. I remember being annoyed about these things, but at the end of the day, the movers worked quickly and efficiently. Most importantly, I was impressed with the way that my furniture and TV was protected. The moving team treated everything is great care and everything arrived on the other end in perfect condition.

Scot, Marco and Kevin moved us on November 29 from one house to another in such an efficient way that we were simply amazed. Hard working crew, courteous, respectful, nothing got broken, reasonable price, we would recommend this company to anybody. Thank you guys!

On time on budget - came to do a free in house estimate. Movers helped us pack and were very careful with our things and ensuring no scratches to walls and floors. Helped move a large and heavy piece of gym equipment through very tight space without damage. Highly recommend and well worth the money.

Due to not being offered an in home estimate the job was a little bigger than the crew they sent was expecting or prepared for. However, Kevin, Eddie and Oscar were more than up to the challenge! These guys demonstrated time and again that they genuinely cared about the success of our move. The took great care with every single belonging and worked extremely hard and late to pack the truck literally as full as possible to make sure everything fit. They stuck with the job until almost 10 pm without a single word of complaint and their level of service never declined. They were truly all-stars. I highly recommend Viktoria, especially since this awesome crew did such a great job to turn what could have easily been a miserable move in to a great one.

We used Viktoria to move from a condo in downtown Toronto to a house in downtown Hamilton in May of 2016, and were exceptionally happy with the level of service and professionalism that they delivered. Communication and quoting were clear and accurate, and their pricing was fair and reasonable. All details about the move (pick-up and drop off locations, access, and timing) were well worked out before the date, and we had a good deal of confidence in them before they even showed up. We did our own packing, and made sure that we were ready to go by the arranged date. On moving day, the crew arrived as scheduled, were very pleasant, and got to work right away. They operated well within the condo building's constraints for elevator use and loading areas, and meticulously protected all furniture and large items (TV, mirrors, lamps). The move out was accomplished quickly and without complication. Despite getting hung up in traffic on the QEW, the crew still arrived in Hamilton well within the scheduled window, and the move-in there went just as smoothly as the move-out in Toronto. They were again very careful to protect floors, walls, and possessions, and were quick and pleasant. Everything arrived with no damage, no hassle, and no surprises when it was time to settle the bill. All in all, an easy move, and an excellent experience with Viktoria Professional Movers. I highly recommend them.

Professional, courteous and efficient! Right from the first call to the end of the move. Spoke with Cormac who was detailed, knowledgeable and helpful. Provided a quote and preliminary BOL. Complete transparency with no hidden costs. On the day of the move, Paul and Ular showed up to the storage facility on time and even arrived a few minutes before I got there! They are wonderful, hardworking and efficient. Very very courteous and delivered under the estimated time. I cannot recommend this company enough. Moving is always stressful and every experience we have had prior to this has been tough with movers wasting time and us having to pay much over the estimate. We hired Viktoria on Sept 09th for our move from a Townhouse in Etobicoke to another one in Mississauga. The company met all agreed, the truck arrived on time and all workers carried out their work without unnecessary interruptions. In one day everything was ready, everything came smoothly. The company representative Cormac gave us an attentive customer service before, during and after the move being pending that our needs were met. We are very satisfied with the service provided and for that reason we recommend it.

I contacted Ken from Viktoria movers in April 2016 when we were planning our move from Vancouver to Toronto over the summer. After speaking to a few other companies, we went with Ken & Viktoria Movers because he really took his time to listen and understand what our needs were. He didn't rush the consultation appointment, and answered all of our questions then and even after. On packing/moving days, the team from Vancouver (thanks Dave, Adam, Cam & Mike!) arrived on time, and did a great job in getting things packed up, and accommodating some special requests. Same experience on move day. The team was quick, efficient, polite and were great to work with. Had the same great experience with the team in Toronto when we moved in our things as well. They were quick, efficient, helpful and again, accommodated some special requests as well, and ensured everything was set before leaving. Thank you again Ken & team! I would definitely hire them again for future moves, and recommend them to anyone. :)
