We hired Viktoria and they were great. 4 guys showed up, were very careful to keep everything clean and secure, and were personable as well. Arrived early and made sure to ask us several times if there was anything else we needed before they left. Great experience.

We were so pleased with our move from Oakville to Niagara! Morgan and the team were so professional, polite and hard working. Nothing was broken. Everything went smoothly. We will be contacting them to do the next move from the rental house to our new house in April 2017. Advice - choose them! We compared 3 loca companies. They weren't the most expensive, and well worth the investment.

1st time hiring a moving company but it turned out to be a very painless and satisfying experience. Andrey helped us settle down date/time and crew/truck. Two movers came right on time and very friendly to check everything needs to be moved. They loaded and dropped all my stuff very efficient and professional. I know it will always have some damages either on the wall or the furniture itself during moving, but surprisingly they didn't leave any marks on the wall. However, we found there is a small crack on the chest in the bedroom which is totally acceptable. Overall, I'm quite happy with what they have accomplished and will definitely recommend Viktoria to my friends who need moving service in the future.

My last two experiences with movers were a nightmare, so I was hesitant to believe the rave reviews Victoria Professional Movers were receiving BUT they truly did live up to their well earned reputation !!! Everyone involved, from Cormac in the office who handled my quote and booking like a pro (You can actually believe what these guys tell you!) to Vance and Edwardo who treated my things as if they were their own and worked tirelessly and efficiently throughout the day, were friendly, accommodating, and professional ! Highly recommended !

This is the 2nd time we used Viktoria Movers and we were not disappointed. We used them 5 years ago and were very happy with the service so we called back. This move is a little more complicated, being done in 2 parts: first a pack and move to storage and later a pack and move to a new home. Cormac came out and did a free estimate for us for both parts and worked with our budget. He was flexible on timing. The day of the movers (Kevin, Andre, Matthew, and Morgan) were friendly and professional and worked hard! They were great with my 2.5 year old son who was very interested in them. Was very satisfied with the first part of our move, and it made me feel confident for the next one. Thanks!

Viktoria Movers made my move easier than expected, especially when you have children. Maria was professional, honest and respectful of our time. A quote was provided over the phone and did not change, even after we met to review the contents to be moved from the old address. Come the day of the move, the movers were punctual, professional and very helpful - even when moving on one of the hottest days of the year. I rented a cube (CUBEIT) to store my belongings for a month. As I didn't want to have to actually fill the cube myself, on the recommendation of Cubeit personnel, I hired Viktoria Professional movers. From my initial conversation with Andrey to meeting the two movers (Rocky and Chris - both very strong and polite men) I felt like this had been an excellent decision. Not only did Rocky and Chris get right down to moving the pieces, they kept double checking with me to make sure that things were going according to what had been discussed - and yes, I still did have pieces that I had not quite packed yet and they were able to work around that! They stayed within the 4 hour minimum limit and were able to provide additional storage when all of my things did not quite fit in the cube. I can't stress how important it is to have the professional know-how to properly fill the cubes so that contents do not shift. Rocky and Chris made use of every available inch and made absolutely sure that everything was very secure but that the weight was also fairly evenly distributed. I will definitely be hiring them to come and unload my cube when the time comes. Thank you Viktoria Movers for making this such a non-stressful moving day. The movers were so professional and went straight to work even before they were on the clock. The were super friendly and helpful. The move was difficult because we were moving out of a stacked townhouse complex but they were pros! Would definitely use them again.

Cormac and Maria at the office, and Paul, Kiril and Tony, our moving guys, were all fantastic to deal with. The movers were on time to show up, worked like machines to move our stuff, took a great deal of care, and were friendly and professional. Of the three times we've used movers, Viktoria was far and away the most reassuring and stress-relieving.

I've used other movers in Ontario and Quebec as well as in other countries. Viktoria movers who recently helped me for a move in Calgary were by far the best I've worked with! Although you might feel that quotes are steep, having the peace of mind that there won't be any hidden fees or charges is a huge plus. I should also mention that both my wife and myself work full time and as such, were extremely stressed about moving day. The most important attribute that we noted about our movers is that they were punctuatial, polite, calm and most importantly, extremely organized which was crucial since we completely understimated how much stuff we were moving. Not a single time did we feel that things were getting out of hand, our debilitating moving day stress levels plummeted from the first minute they were in our house which in my mind is priceless. Last but not least, it's always reassuring that the manager/ operator cares about the quality of service. Andrey was awesome, you can tell that he cares about getting everything done right. Needless to stay, I highly recommend choosing Viktoria.
