We finally got our dream house but in order to buy it we had to move in right away (1 week.) I called Viktoria Movers and Adam answered and worked with our schedule. I didn't even have time to compare quotes, but I was so impressed with Adam on the phone that I was confident I would be taken care of - even if with more time I might have gotten it done cheaper - but you get what you pay for - especially with movers. Adam showed up early to confirm the items we were moving and I surprised him by adding a washer and dryer and a refrigerator. He called his guys right away and had them bring a larger truck and the quote didn't jump as much as I was fearing. As the cherry on top he had his guys wrap and move several of the smaller pieces I was planning on moving myself. So for nothing extra he had his guys do more work. Definitely will use him if I ever move again, and I will recommend him to anyone who needs professional movers. Oh and after the move my back was already so sore I don't know what I would have done if I had moved those large pieces by myself.

AWESOME. Adam, John & Boris showed up on time. we did a quick walk thru to talk about what I needed. They devised their plan and got right to work. They were very careful of my floors and belongings. They were extremely courteous. They were willing to move anything I needed. I was impressed by how fast they worked. The unload went really well. They just asked where I wanted things to go and made it happen. Again - very careful of my newly finished hardwood floors. At one point a small table with a hidden drawer was turned and the drawer fell out. I didn't see it happen and wouldn't have known but Adam told me about it and said they'd take the drawer and have it repaired. (One corner we a little loose) Really appreciate the honesty and the integrity. I will definitely use them again and highly recommend them to anyone.

Viktoria Moving met and beat my expectations! We were referred by a friend who recently moved. We had a tight time table and a LOT of extra stuff due to our occupations. We originally had 4 movers, but half way through the day they asked if they could add 2 more to get the job done faster, and we agreed. They also went for a second truck. They made it all happen with our given timeline and we couldn't have done it without them! All of the movers were respectful, helpful, speedy, friendly and careful with our stuff. I would definitely refer them to friends. I'm very happy we decided to go with Viktoria Moving! Great job Kevin, Adam, Mike, Dan, Boris and Delton!!

I called two other moving companies as well and Adam was the only person to actually answer the phone instead of getting a voicemail, and the other company never even returned my call. Viktoria was able to get the job scheduled quickly and were so fast when they showed up I couldn't believe it. With other movers that charge by the hour I've had bad experiences where they move at a snail's pace. Not this crew. They actually did the job in half the time they thought it would take and were great. I would absolutely use them again and recommend them.

This move happened in February but the whole process went so smoothly that I wanted to leave a great review for the whole Viktoria team. The scheduling was easy. The company was responsive and helpful as we were trying to decide what services to purchase. On moving day the movers arrived a few minutes early, and were ready to work. They were friendly and efficient. They definitely have a system, and they all knew exactly what to do. It was a cold day, and a bit snowy. When arriving at the new location, they even helped shovel the driveway and sidewalk leading to the house! They went above and beyond what was required. I wouldn't hesitate to use them again!

Our crew of 4 arrived on time and with a smile. They walked through what I wanted moved and what I wanted to stay in the house, and immediately set to work. They were quick, efficient and careful, and were great fun to work with. I appreciated the level of care they took with wrapping items and moving carefully through doorways to ensure nothing was damaged. They put down runners to protect my new floor and gave me suggestions on what we should (and shouldn't) move on to the new floors to avoid damage. I plan to call them again to move the rest of my furniture before we close. Thanks for making the dreaded process of moving fun!

They arrived on time. They loaded and moved several pieces of furniture from our address to another house several kilometers away. They unloaded the furniture and brought some other furniture back to our address and unloaded it. It took less than 4 hours for the whole thing. The charge was reasonable and a little less than they estimated (730.00 x 4 guys) We thought they handled the furniture with care especially the grandfather clock we were concerned about, and were cooperative throughout the process. I am sure they would handle a large whole house move in the same manner and I will definitely use them again in the future.

We actually used them twice when moving residences. We first moved to a temporary residence then to our new home about 10 days later. The latter part of the transportation also involved piano. We had never used movers prior to this so we did not know what to expect but we had a great crew to work with and they were efficient and very responsive to making sure everything got moved safely and was placed in our new house where directed. Overall, we had a great experience overall and would use them again. Thanks Adam Mike and Boris!

The company was very responsive to my messages and got me set up for a time to move that worked for me. The crew was late showing up but I feel like the company bent over backwards to help make it work out. In the end, they were able to move things around and arrive at a time that worked. The guys that showed up were extremely professional and super helpful. They were efficient. They were great with all of our stuff and were super polite to our family. One of the movers even laid a blanket out on the grass for my son to sit on while he watched them move stuff out of the house. The guys all looked like that enjoyed their jobs and did a great job. I would definitely use Viktoria Moving again even with the hiccup in timing.
