3 weeks before I hired another moving company to move furnishings/boxes from one house to the garage of another house 1 mile down the road. They were inefficient, not professional, and caused some damage. When I needed movers to move the furnishings/boxes from the garage throughout the new house, I called up Viktoria Movers. The guys from Viktoria were great and really earned their money. The guys really hustled, yet had a careful manner which they moved and setup everything. These two guys were moving so fast I was having a hard time keeping up with telling them which room to move each item to. They were careful not to scuff the walls or damage anything. The other mover charged me 18.5 man hours to load everything (not pack...we did that) from my old house on a truck, drive 1 mile down the road, and unload in the garage. It took the two guys from Viktoria only 5.5 man hours to put everything in its place in the new house and set up the furniture that needed to be assembled. I'd happily use Viktoria again. I wish I had checked Homestars and the ratings of the different movers in advance so I could use Viktoria for both moves.

Adam and his assistant showed up right on time. They were very patient given that we were not completely packed and helped us get the remaining things get packed. They got the truck packed very quickly and efficiently. We were buying and selling homes on the same day so that complicated things a bit, but Adam was very accommodating as they had no problem waiting for me to get the keys to the new house in the buying phase. Once we got to the new house, they moved us right in and put things exactly where we wanted them. The only hiccup in the service came when they broke partially broke a stair carrying a very heavy piece of furniture upstairs. I think they may have avoided that if they had taken the drawers out of it making it lighter. That said, Adam sent someone out to fix it the next week so it is definitely forgivable and I appreciate his professionalism in how he handled it. I believe the move took longer than they expected it would (probably due to us not being completely packed), but Kamaul stayed faithful to his estimate. Viktoria movers is a great local moving company and I would definitely use them again. thank you!!!

The Viktoria team is professional from beginning to end. They provided a prompt quote, were able to accommodate our move date & time request, followed up with a confirmation call the day before our move. And then on moving day, their movers called to let us know they were arriving shortly. Kevin and his moving team was punctual to the minute, they were efficient, professional, and very courteous. We greatly appreciated the care they took with our belongings. I won't hesitate to use their services again in the future. Thank you for turning a stressful day into an easy one.

Boris and his team at Viktoria Moving did a full service move for us and it was one of the best moving experiences we've ever had. His entire team (2+Boris) arrived at our house in Pickering promptly on the Friday morning and were very efficient and thorough. Each of the rooms was packed up individually with the least impact possible (you almost couldn't tell they had been in the rooms). The following day Boris and his team picked up a few remaining items at the old house and then quickly started unpacking at the new house. We were very impressed at the attention to detail as each of the kid's rooms in the new house was setup exactly as it was in the old house. More importantly the move finished on schedule (2 days total) and the price came in lower than what had been estimated. If you're looking for a stress-free move I would highly suggest you go with Viktoria.

The team from Viktoria was AMAZING! My daughter asked for an estimate, guessing that it would take the team 6 hours, and then paid the $100.00 deposit to move both her and her new roommate into their first post-graduation apartment. The girls' estimate was low but the movers took the extra time in stride. They were careful, polite, and funny! I would recommend them for any move!

Viktoria Moving were great! It is hard to find a moving company as wonderful as they were. From the 1st time Mike came to our home to evaluate our job to the last moment he and his staff left we were impressed. The owner Mike and his staff were prompt, efficient and very curteous. Since we had a 2,200 sq.ft. home we were at first hessitant they could handle the size of our move across country. Mike assurred us he would move us from Toronto to Montreal without a problem and he did everything he said he would and then some. We had them pack us and they wrapped everything extremely well. They marked the outside of every box with exactly what the contents were in each.. This made unpacking very convenient for us as we knew which boxes to open first! We've moved several times in our lives and this was without a doubt the most pleasant, worry free move we have ever experienced. We wouldn't hesitate to have them move us again.

Probably the best move experience my wife and I have ever had. We have moved 5+ times in the past few years, always doing it ourselves. Viktoria Movers was one of the lowest quotes we received of the 3 companies we interviewed. They took care of the parking permit required in the city, were prompt in all responses and on move in day, and were very professional throughout the entire move. At the end of the day nothing was broken and the move took less time than expected. I would definitely use them again though I hopefully don't plan on moving anytime soon.

So it went very well, I had never hired a moving company before as I just did it myself with my brother. But not at this age...to much stuff and too heavy ! I was expecting 3 guys that could lift heavy stuff but probably not to personable but I was wrong. Three very nice guys, Steve, Adam and I can not remember the name of the third man were nice, cared about my property and did a great job packing it all up. Best of all they did an amazing job of getting all to fit into the storage area....I was very nervous about it all fitting. They really gave it some thought and did it with a little room to spare. Viktoria movers are super professional, efficient and personable. This was our second time using them and if we ever move again we will go directly to them. I would highly recommend their services.

We had an large apartment worth of furniture, boxes, and household items in storage in Kingston which needed to be delivered not only to our new house in Thornhill, but some of the items were then going to a relative's house in Milton. Viktoria's crew was prompt, very polite, and incredibly professional. They asked a lot of questions up front about where things were going so it enabled them to be more efficient loading the truck. They also did a quick walkthrough of the house to get a sense of what where things went in the house. Really really organized and, most importantly, not a scratch anywhere in the new house and nothing broken!. It is obvious the crew was not just hired muscle; they were pros. The quote was for $4300 and was only over (by $150) because we threw them the curveball (after the quote) of having to stop in Milton to unload some of the furniture. Viktoria gave us the best estimate and I cannot imagine anybody doing a better job. It is a joy to work with Viktoria, and I would hire them again in a heartbeat.
