I asked for an on-site estimate prior to the move. Adam had originally planned on meeting me at 6pm. Due to an emergency on his side he still made the effort to plow through heavy traffic to meet me at 8pm when I explained I could not be available on another day. Moving day. Two trucks came at 8 am and began packing and moving items into separate trucks for two destinations. The guys were professional, careful, reasonable, accommodating and a pleasure to work with. There was more packing to do than originally planned and they worked very hard on a very cold day to get the work completed. I couldn't be more pleased and would not hesitate to hire Viktoria Movers again.

The work ethics of these young men is incomparable. The crew of four worked in the hottest day of the summer last year to move 20 years of household accumulation up and down steps at our old home and then up and down steps to our new home. They carried a piano down a hill to get it into the basement along with several other very heavy pieces. They were very careful to move a 150 old chest that has been in my family for generations and were so conscious of not scratching furnishings, walls, or floors. I cannot say enough about this experience and have recommend them to 4 of my close friends in the past 10 months who have used them and also ended up with great experience.

We contacted two well rated moving companies on Homestars to estimate charges to move us out of our home in Richmond Hill which we just sold. The home is a large 10 room house we have lived in for the last 9 years and a large double car garage that included some storage and gardening equipment. We are moving to the city but have not yet bought a house so we required the moving company to pack us up and move us into storage. The job included consolidating a 10x15 temporary storage unit we contracted when we staged our home. Estimates from the two companies were significantly different by a factor of almost 2 to 1 so I asked Boris, the proprietor of Viktoria to review and confirm their lower offer. I was surprised when Boris offered to personally come to our house the same day, which he did, and subsequently confirmed his company's estimate. We decided to go with Viktoria.

This company is great. They came out and did a quote, arrived on time, were very helpful (I was still packing), and were very fast and efficient while still being friendly and seeming to find genuine pleasure working together. And they came in under the estimate (I was in a large and pretty "overstuffed" 2 bedroom, 5.5 room apartment on the 2nd floor). I'd say they were a bargain even without the $100 discount that I received from them in the mail.

Viktoria Movers are a rare breed of movers. They were the only moving company to come home to give us an estimate. We spoke with over 10 other movers on the phone. The estimate was in our budget as they combined our move with another family. They were courteous and helpful on the phone. The two gentlemen who came home were super nice (Dan and John) and very fast (it helped that we packed a bunch of boxes ourselves) and they were in and out in less than 7 hours. John even shoveled some snow to make the pathway to the truck shorter! They were extra careful with our antique furniture, this was helpful because he knew that it was very dear to us and also helped assemble our bed and other stuff quickly. Highly, highly recommend them.

The move went great - Boris and his team are true professionals! The logistics of the whole moving experience were stressful but in talking with Boris, he was so helpful in answering all my questions and was very reassuring throughout the process. Adam and his team arrived on time in Brampton and put in 4 - 5 long hours moving items into the truck - keeping in mind that several items would have to be delivered to our house in Scarborough first before delivering the rest to their storage facility. They were finished loading the truck by 12pm and started the drive back to Scarbarough. Given the timing, it was going to be 2pm or later before they made it to our house, which was not convenient since it was right around naptime for our kids. I called Boris to explain and to see if we could hold off on delivery until the next day. Boris was so accommodating by redirecting Adam to go directly to storage with the plan to come to our house the next day at a more convenient time. I highly recommend Boris and the whole Viktoria moving team. They worked extremely hard and were professional all the way through. Since there are items being stored in their storage facility it will be easy to move them out from storage when the time comes. We look forward to working with Boris over the next several months!

The three-men moving team came that morning ready to work. They were rugged, working men with professional attitude and confidence. They were cooperative with me providing direction for expedient moving process. This move was unexpected for us and required packaging coordination, as we were packaging boxes as they were moving. These men handled our furniture with care and moved quickly. As the men were unloading the boxes into our new place, we asked them to situate the boxes in various locations of the home and they happily complied and provided exceptional service. They worked consistently and expeditiously; we were complete with the move with hours to spare. This was the best moving experience, ever in past 20 years.

Boris accommodated my last-minute date-change with no fuss, the moving team arrived early on the day, helped pack up the things I hadn't finished, and packed with great care. They were courteous, very careful with my stuff, and left NOTHING behind -- the first time in 5 moves that I've had a company not leave things for me to collect afterwards. I had more stuff than anticipated, so they ordered an extra truck which came quickly. Once at my new place, they unloaded fast, were happy to re-locate furniture when I changed my mind about where it should go, and went the extra mile to find ways to get things up the narrow stairs. These guys are amazing athletes! The guys obviously liked each other and seemed to enjoy their work. So, bottom line, very professional, great to work with, flexible in accommodating last-minute changes, and good value for money. What more could you ask for! I give Viktoria Moving 10 Stars!

It all went exceptionally well. The moving team arrived on time, early actually, and got right to work. All 3 movers were polite, professional, and easy to work with. The only problem I had, which was my fault, not the moving company, was that I had more items to move than I thought and unknowingly forgot to add items to the quote, which is how they plan the move. Because of this, we couldn't fit a couple items into the truck. Well, all I can say is that the owner himself drove down to my house in Toronto to grab the remaining items and brought them up to my new home in Aurora the next morning...I don't know about you, but I find this kind of customer service "exceptional" in this day and age! I highly recommend this Viktoria Moving. I've had 3 moves in the last 5 years and this was by and far the best experience.

If there was an 10++++ rating, I would give it to Viktoria Movers. Here are the details...Family relo from Ancaster to Scarborough. Viktoria Movers had to pack and move all of our contents of our 4 bd home, store it for 6 months and then move it down to our new home inScarborough. SUPER big undertaking. Adam (owner) was the most courteous, kind and HONESTguy. Can't say enough about his team either, from Velvet's execution of with logistics in the office to all his men. We were taken care of every step of the way. The men were trustworthy, fast, and really just nice guys. Viktoria Movers moving and STORAGE fulfilled our expections and more. Additionally, in terms of price, I received quotes from the top 5 Homestars companies (we have had some "wicked" bad experience with movers in the past, and those moves were much less in terms scale). Viktoria Movers was significantly lower in cost, approx 10-15%. And BTW we are extremely picky people and usually only write reviews for poor service! Viktoria made one of the top 5 most stressful experience in life much more tolereable! Thank you, Adam and team!
