Viktoria Movers showed up on time with four guys and a 26ft van and in 10 hours (including 2 hours of travel time) they loaded a 4 bedroom house, and then unloaded part of it into storage and part to a residence. We did the box packing in advance so it was all loading and unloading. They put down runners on the carpeted stairs and wrapped the barristers to prevent any damage to the house in moving. All furniture was wrapped in blankets and they shrink-wrapped furniture at our request that was going into storage. Fast, pleasant and very efficient, this crew rocked. Everything managed to get from the originating site to the destination(s) with no damage. It doesn't get any better than this as far as movers go. About as pleasant an experience as you can hope for in a move. I'd use them again with no hesitation and give them an 10+ Stars.

I want to thank everyone at Viktoria Moving & Storage for a perfect job. GTA is not an easy city to move in especially with 3 flights of stairs on both ends. I was blown away on how fast and careful these movers were. I have a lot of musical equipment not to mention my pride and joy stand-up bass guitar. They packed and wrapped everything to avoid any damage, bumps or bruises. Everyone had a great attitude, very polite and professional. A perfect job, well done and well worth the price! We were very pleased with their service and highly recommend them to anyone!

We hired Viktoria after having 3 companies come out and give us an estimate. One company was $1500 higher than Viktoria and the other company gave the same estimate. Booking the estimate and the move itself was very easy and quick. The only concern I had was that I asked them to email me and the company appears to prefer to call. Everyone was pleasant, courteous and flexible to meet our schedule. We had a scare that the POD wouldn't be able to be moved as we had planned 2 days before we were supposed to move. We called Viktoria and they offered some suggestions and were flexible with us, which was a relief. We moved a half of our office to a new place in Niagara Falls. The move itself was phenomenal. They give you an hour arrival window- and they showed up 5 minutes after the beginning of the window. There were 5 guys and the foreman (Mike) and they were incredible. They were all such nice guys and pleasant to be around. We just moved (February) and it was a nice day, but there was a ton of ice on the ground at the old office. One of the guys even offered my elderly receptionist an arm so she could walk out over the ice and not fall. There were some nice extras that made a huge difference. Viktoria moves full cabinets of drawers and puts everything that you have paperwork wise into boxes for no extra charge. Everything was really nice- we hung up our work clothes that we needed immediately and when we got to the new office, the clothes were already hanging in the closet, which just made it easier to unpack. They also disassembled and assembled the desks, tables, etc so that the first night all we had to do was unpack the paperwork and the regular office supply. They also moved an old copier machine out of the new place that the previous owners left and brought our copier into its place(its pretty big but they managed). Once they arrived, we walked them through- there were somethings that we didn't want them to move and they stayed away from those. They gave us an estimate as to when they would be finished packing up the whole office. After that, we went for coffee. They called us (earlier than planned!) when they had just a few minutes left. We went through the whole space with them to make sure everything was out and gone. It was great. They even brought heavy trash out to the dumpsters for us. It took them about 2 hours to get down to Niagara - they unpacked two trucks and a POD and dealt with another icy parking lot and stairs. At the new office, we stayed in one part of the space because we didn't have anywhere to go. They actually brought in our two sofas early in the unpacking so we had someplace to sit while they moved around us. They finished right about the time that they had originally estimated- and actually apologized because the ice had slowed them down. We have unpacked 90 percent of our boxes and everything is great- there was no damage to the boxes or any of the furniture- it seemed like they wrapped everything. There was no damage to any of the paint or walls in either office - We were really really happy with them. We felt like the price was a bargain and the service they delivered was over and above what we could have possibly expected- even if we had paid double the price. I actually texted our real estate agent and told her this was the most relaxing day I had had in awhile. Because they very so efficient and helpful with upacking we were able to resume our normal office work day the very next morning.

I chose Viktoria Moving because of the courtesy I received in a random meeting with a crew at Storage facility in Etobicoke. Then I called and the good experience continued. The process was smooth from estimate to the move. I also needed storage for a month – no problem, Adam said, and it was arranged. On the day of my move, the crew arrived as scheduled. We were still packing, “no problem” they said and we continued. They were efficient, courteous, and professional, even serving as my therapist in times of stress (sort of kidding but they were great). Did I mention that they were helpful and respectful too? Well, they will complete the move soon (it is in two parts) and I am confident that all will go well. Importantly, I checked other movers (their websites for services and what they offer through Homestars) as well calling to get pricing. Viktoria Moving was very competitive in all these areas.

Our family of four had a very full three-bedroom condo. Some moving companies wanted to break the job up over two days, packing one day and moving the next, at (of course) substantial added cost. Viktoria Moving was willing and able to do the job in one day. A team of three young, professional guys showed up early (before 8am) and didn't stop working until after 7pm when the last box was unloaded at our new house. They packed neatly and extremely quickly, and really hustled moving everything: I didn't see them literally hop up any stairs, but they sure got up and down the lift gate of the truck very quickly. Yet absolutely nothing got broken during the move. Some other good points: they had no problem using the boxes I had purchased separately. They did not overestimate the return travel time like some moving companies around Toronto habitually do. Best of all, the movers were pleasant, friendly guys-- that made the day less stressful than it could have been. I am hoping not to have to move again for a long time-- but if I need to, I will certainly use Viktoria again.

Viktoria is the absolute best moving company we've ever used! A friend recommended this company to me and to my benefit was amazing in every way! I called several other companies and felt most comfortable with the office staff at Viktoria. They were friendly and helpful in answering all my questions. They made suggestions in planning and cutting costs. The movers were clean, uniformed and very experienced. They showed up early and parked their huge truck inside a storage facility that usually cannot accommodate large trucks. I was very impressed and they saved me money. The movers repacked, wrapped and loaded my fragile items so that nothing would break or damage during the move. They crated my glass table top and even plastic wrapped my sofas. When it came to delivery they were stellar! I live in a tri-house and unfortunately the movers were forced to climb a lot of stairs, it wasn't easy. They did not complain once, were always polite and didn't even take a break. Unbelievable! They put together my mirrors, beds and entertainment center all without a hitch. The price was more than fair and they went the extra mile in making us happy! We departed with hugs and handshakes! I highly recommend using Viktoria.

Our experience with Viktoria Movers was great. Dan was prompt and courteous in providing an estimate and his thoroughness gave us confidence in the numbers he quoted. Other moving companies that we contacted weren’t nearly as thorough. On moving day, the crew showed up right in their scheduled window of time after calling to inform us that they were on the way. The 4-man crew, headed by Mike, loaded the contents of our 3-story, 4-bedroom house onto the trucks and packed all of our dishes and china over the course of the morning. Odd shaped items such as floor lamps and a marble-top table didn’t slow them down a bit. The guys were courteous and professional. They also did a nice job protecting the floors and the banister on the stairway. After a lunch break, our belongings were delivered to our new place where the unloading was just as quick and professional as the loading. Everything was in and placed to our satisfaction by mid-afternoon. Nothing was damaged in the move and the guys didn’t call it quits until we had done a walk-through and made sure everything was placed exactly where we wanted it. Overall, the move cost less than our estimate due to the quick, efficient manner in which the job got done. Another nice feature of Viktoria was the fact that we could get gently used boxes and packing paper from their warehouse in Etobicoke to help us pack ahead of time, which was a nice way to save a bit more on the cost of the move. The move described here was from a house that we sold to a temporary rental unit. Three months after this move, we moved into a permanent home and used Viktoria again. As before, the crew headed by Mike was courteous and professional and once again the cost of the move came in under the estimate due to the efficient manner in which the guys worked. We’d highly recommend Viktoria Movers to others and wouldn’t hesitate to use them again.

We had a very positive experience with Viktoria after finding them on Homestars. We read several great reviews and we are so happy we chose Viktoria Moving. Dan, our moving coordinator, was very helpful. He visited our office and gave us an estimate. The price was very reasonable compared to other companies we researched, and our final price fell below the original estimate. Viktoria was also willing to hold our belongings on a truck for 5 days due to final renovations at our new office, which saved us money compare to going into a storage unit for 5 days. The movers arrived at our office right on time the morning we moved out. They were quick, respectful, professional, and careful with our property. My partner and I enjoyed chatting with them throughout the day. Everything was delivered in good condition. We will highly recommend Viktoria Moving to friends and business associates for any office moving needs.

After living in their home for 17 years, my parents were moving. It was a very emotional process but the guys at Viktoria Moving were outstanding and helped to make this transition go smooth. They were professional, organized and efficient and were able to get everything moved to the new apartment and bring some things to storage quicker than the quoted time and for less than the quoted price. I would definitely recommend Viktoria Moving!

Awesome movers, We moved from Montreal to Brampton with my family and I had a great experience with Viktoria, the movers were very professional and very polite they wrapped all my stuff and packed my dishes and all my belonging when they finish to pack the truck they left and I start driving to Brampton. I recive a call from my mover saying we will be there on the weekend . They called again on friday around 10 am saying that they will be there tomorrow betwen 10 and 12 around 11-30 they arrived they start to unload the truck and put all my beds together and my dining table they set up all the boxes in the correct rooms and I was very satisfied from the Viktoria. These guys are very good at long distance moving and they're pricing is very competitive.
