I located Viktoria Professional Movers on Homestars and also had call a couple other companies that have moved me in the past but they were booked and I needed to look for someone new. Got a quote quickly, without any weird clauses or shady language. I called just to make sure there were no surprises and booked the date. They showed up as promised and worked hard the entire time. Minor shock for me when it came time to pay the bill still no surprises, the price was exactly as quoted! I would recommend you call them for your next move if you value good service without any "gotcha!" pricing problems.

The crew that came were great. They knew exactly what they were doing and completed the work under the minimum time on site. Very friendly. They took apart all the beds and put them back together at the new house. Big screen TV's (60in) they took care of it and packed it away in a box. Surprisingly, nothing was damaged during the entire process. I've recommended them to all my friends, and if I ever had to move again, I'd definitely use Viktoria again without a question.

we had a most excellent experience with Viktoria. From the day Adam arrived to give us an estimate, leaving us with a professional brochure and a real sense of what they offer, it was obvious they were head and shoulders above the other two companies we interviewed. On moving day they called ahead, arrived on time and handled everything in a polite and professional manner. They were extremely careful with our belongings and residences old and new. They went above an beyond for us, even moving things around a couple of times until my husband was satisfied with their placement. The great thing is, they gave us a dollar range and the final bill was at the lower end of the estimate. Would'nt hesitate to recommend this company and we will absolutely use them again.

We used Viktoria Movers for a two-part move in late 2014 and early 2015: moving our belongings from our former house into Viktoria's storage facility, then moving into our new condo two months later. They were terrific to work with, from the initial telephone call to obtain a cost quote until the final box was placed in our new home. Maria and her crew of movers were highly professional, polite and knowledgable. They took great care of our furniture and other belongings. I would certainly recommend them to anyone searching for a good moving company.

I have to say the service was amazing! I called and scheduled the move, I received a phone confirmation on the day before the move. I received a phone call, as promised, when the team was on their way. They promised to arrive between 8-10 am and hit that window perfectly. When the team arrived, they each introduced themselves, in a very professional manner. We did a walk through of the house on what to take and what to leave. They went to work within seconds after the walk through! The team, really hustled and worked hard! I offered them some beverages and snacks, and they were very appreciative and grateful. The snacks didn't slow them down, they kept working! They were extremely polite, and conscientious about making sure that neither house was damaged in the process of the move, they made sure to ask if they were unsure of where an item should go, and they did it all with a smile on their face. They were extremely pleasant the entire day and made moving as fun as possible. If I ever move again, I would want these guys to do it! I highly recommend Viktoria movers, especially if Alex, Marco and Greg are a representative of all employees in the company. We had tons of stuff! It was an 8 hour move and these guys left with a smile on their face, the way they arrived. The last movers I hired were horrifying, so it was especially pleasant to have such a wonderful experience. Thank you Viktoria movers and team for such a wonderful experience!! I would recommend them for anyone needing movers.

I just finished a long distance move from Buffalo using Viktoria. I wanted to use a local company because I heard that was the best policy. Service was great both ends, particularly the workers who showed up to my Buffalo apartment to do the packing. It was just me and I didn't have the time to do a lot of prep, they handled everything and got me off to a good start. I have a lot of stuff and the old place was 5 bedrooms, so they send 4 dudes...got the place packed up in one day and all loaded up the following day. The office stayed in touch with me throughout the week to let me know how things were going and keep me in the loop. Some of the best money I've ever spend, this was a comforting experience. Wonderful job, you have my endorsement.

I did about 90% of the packing myself so when the movers arrived they moved quickly to assemble boxes on dollies and efficiently packed them into a truck. They applied packing paper to furniture pieces and layered that with plastic film (additional cost). They explained the use of the paper layering was more protective to the furniture than just applying plastic film only. For items that still needed to be packed, the crew helped place them in boxes and taped them shut. I advised the lead person that I would work on packing the remaining items from my office but perhaps didn't emphasize enough that I needed to be present to determine what would remain so some items were inadvertently packed. Upon arrival at the storage unit, they managed to pack my household goods into a unit a bit smaller than what I ultimately needed (no fault of the moving company). I ended up purchasing an additional storage unit for the remainder of the overflow. During the moving process the company owner made a site visit to check on his staff and reinforced their intent to meet my needs as the customer. I appreciated that effort. The moving staff were kind and professional. I highly recommend this moving company.

Victoria moving was great to work with. Every member of the staff was very professional and helpful. We needed to move quickly because we had a short close time, and found these guys in the yellow pages. We also called some other companies, but they were unable to schedule us last minute for the upcoming weekend or had not as solid reviews. When calling Victoria moving, Boris was quick and responsive and helped set up a quick moving appointment for us for the upcoming weekend that we needed to be out of the house. He was very thorough and made sure I knew everything I needed to know along with what things add to the cost of the move. It was simple, straightforward, and easy- everything you could want in making an appt. Come moving day, Mike, one of the movers called and told us they were on their way, and they arrived exactly in the 30 minute time frame that we were given that they would arrive. Instead of having three movers, they came with a fourth, free of charge, which was awesome! We had a lot of heavy stuff, and could use all the help we could get. Mike, Anthony, Boris, and Adam, all worked together great, and were always moving efficiently, safely, and taking every precaution not to damage any of our furniture or walls. This is the first time we have ever used movers, and while it gets to be pretty pricey, it was well worth it. We were not surprised with the bill that we ended up with, since they were very upfront with the pricing to begin with. We could not be happier with the service that the movers provided. They all had good attitudes, were very accommodating as to where items went, gave useful suggestions on how to store our furniture in the smaller house, and were all hard workers. When we have to move again in about 6 months into our new house, I would definitely use Victoria moving again and ask for the same crew. I highly recommend this company and these movers!

I've moved several times in the last few years and they have all been disasters. The movers were lazy, unfriendly, not strong enough to lift my furniture, and just plain awful. My experience with Viktoria couldn't be more opposite. Dan and his team were incredible - they were like machines, I mean think world's strongest man competition happening right in my apt. They started their day at 4am to get to Ottawa and then get the truck and drive to Toronto....carry all my stuff down 4 flights of stairs (including a very heavy sleeper sofa couch and a Stairmaster, which were both really challenging to fit through the narrow doorway, forget about carrying them down stairs), made a quick stop to drop off a dresser to a friend, then drove to the Toronto and unloaded everything and finished by 11pm. It was a long exhausting day yet Dan and his team worked efficiently the entire time and had such a great attitude. Even though it was late, he continually offered that if I changed my mind on where a piece of furniture should go in the new apt, not to worry they'd move it for me again. Not a single item was broken or damaged and even though I was moving from a tiny Ottawa apartment, I had a ton of stuff so it was certainly a challenging move. I would definitely use them again, and already referred them to a friend who also used them. Request Dan, Adam and Boris!

My experience with Viktoria Movers was very positive. We had a big move over a short period of time. We moved from the Mississauga to the Scarborough. I found Viktoria Movers on "Homestars" and I checked out their website, liked what I saw so I made the call for an estimate. An important factor for my husband and I was that Viktoria Movers is approved to do military moves. Being a former military family, we knew that a company that was approved to do military moves has higher standards in order to be certified for moving military families) Adam, Sales Manager, came out the end of November when we were not fully sure what type of move we would be having in early January. At that time, we had not sold our home yet so we were looking into the storage option. Adam was pleasant, punctual and organized. He gave us 3 estimates, (a "Deliver from Storage" another was "Load to Storage" and the third was "No Storage"). He would keep in touch with me weekly, to see how we were doing with our moving plans and to see if I had any questions. Out of the four companies we received estimates from, Adam at Viktoria Movers was the only one who followed up with us. By Christmas, we knew our home was sold and a direct move was going to happen the first week in January, and Viktoria Movers was our choice!! When moving day came, I can say all the same comments about the moving team. It was a team of 3 people who all worked well together. They came to pack our house one day, and then back the following day to load everything on their 2 trucks. Our household goods were stored on the trucks for a day and a half until we closed on our new home. (Since it was a slow time for the moving company, Viktoria Movers was very accommodating and they even waived the $400.00 fee that normally we would have had.) A day later, Viktoria Movers were at our new home at 11 am when our closing was done, to move us in! They had us moved into our home by 5:30 pm! There was absolutely no stress on our part as far as the work they were doing. We fed the team lunch both days and they were very so appreciative. Viktoria Movers are rated high because they have a good product! We were never disappointed from start to finish!! It was a very positive experience for my family. I would recommend Viktoria Movers to anyone!
